«she would never listen «she left it all and headed towards the light «oh your eyes look tired «but love was all she knew «screaming out in agony she gave her life for you» — — — — — — — — — — — — — – — — — — — — - Quick Review™ + Relatively fast delivery when overpaying for express mounting and post. + Rack seemed put together correctly. Who am I kidding: if one is so lazy to use one of these price-gouging services, no actual reg verifications will transpire. — Prices near criminal and for remote locations or even large installations(if requiring rare commendations), there is not much of a choice in a pinch. Pay up and like it. — Kiosk sucks and crashes after spending loads of time building one’s rack. Pro Tip: As much as you hate the monkey suit and all the shiny trinkets, start working on it often and early and avoid this shit. — — — — — — — — — — — — — – — — — — — — - I purchased flush-space mount with all my ribbons on 23 July with an estimated shipping date of 27 July. The cost was absorbent; however, the pricepoint will depend on how many ribbons you have in your rack. Some people have minuscule, cute racks; others have monumental, heavy looking, well endowed racks. Those are a lot more costly. Notwithstanding the several days to put together and ship a relatively small, lightweight item with a markup of several 100% times the suggested retail value of said item: USA Military Medals(USAMM) does allow one binge watch the rest of Game of Thrones and pack one’s shit for shipping the hell out of the shithole known as Fort Traitor Lee instead of allocating that time handling little rectangular ribbons like some nerd. Watching Game of Thrones is so less nerdier. USAMM is alright in my book. Pro Tip: Don’t drink and try to put together a dress uniform. Don’t pay the Sergeant that owns a giant pick up truck and drives like a complete asshole in beer to put together your dress uniform. You are gonna fuck around and catch an article. — — — — — — — — — — — — — – — — — — — — - Rating: Three-stars, «A-OK.»

So just got the«scorpion» pattern, needed one patch. Pricey, to me at least $ 6 for 1 plus shipping. Needed it by a certain time and ordered well within my time limit. A few days later I get an email that it’s not in stock but usually gets there within 7 business days then they ship. Decided to give them a call after 10 days and was told it was still not in stock. I told them they should add that to their website… real time stock update. At any rate I told them to cancel order no worries and I’d go elsewhere and get it. Got it from RJ’s in time no problem. It’s now been well over a month, month and a week to be exact, and guess what just came… that’s right boys and girls… the patch I cancelled over a month ago! Seek Service Elsewhere!

Ordered 300+ in uniforms and ribbons. Sent me mulicams instead of OCP. Ribbons were not straight. PC rank was way off. Everything was a disaster. Over charged and sent trash.

Spent alot of money getting my medals in time for veterans day. Well here I am almost 3 months later and still have not received all of them. After numerous emails and still no response, there’s nothing left except to conclude that this is a terrible business with worse customer service. After you place your order they do not care. They have your money, don’t expect to get any of your items.

I have been using USA Military Medals for several years now. Every time I go in, call, or use their online services, I’m received well and with professionalism. Jessica Garcia, their front of the house salesperson, is a stand up gal. She spends the time with me to make sure I have everything correct. She’ll pull their in house seamstress from the back when we need ASU adjustments. She offers knowlegable suggestions and has a great attitude each time I use the company. After I leave military service I’ll know exactly where to go to for my military clothing needs.

I had to update my ASU’s and after building my awards, ordered a pricey eye-popping ribbon rack from USAMM($ 69.23)!! I thought it was pretty expensive but b/c of the cost it should come in perfect… Well it should have… when it arrived USPS @ a cost of($ 10.65?!? I was amazed to find that not only the each row was uneven, they bungled the ACM, ICM campaign stars. I called to discuss, the response was, «well your the first person to ever complain about this, send it back on your own $.10 and we will correct it, and oh also please remit the regulation that governs the campaign.» I said«Why don’t you know that its DAPAM670 – 1?» Ridiculous ! Bottom line… should have used Marlow White, won’t make that mistake again. Plenty of options out there, use them!

I recently spent a load of money at USA Military Medals. The brick and mortar building is located in Oregon, but I ordered online. The«EZ Rack» builder is truly easy to use. I sucked it up and bought the thin ribbons for my uniform and several other items. Although I live on the other side of the country, I received the package on time. Only issue was my shoulder boards. Uh, one was black and one was dark blue. Honestly, I normally would have just gone w/it because no one should be looking THAT closely at me. But a bunch of nutcases DO look that closely and they were expensive so I returned them. Not only did the colors not match, the back of the shoulder boards had a different fastener. Not sure where the random black one came from. As soon as I emailed customer service, I received a quick response, an apology and instructions on how to return the item. My account was credited and they did not try to tell me they were the same color or any of that crap. I noticed that you can«update» these racks through USA Military Medals. That’s pretty neat — I have never seen that before. The thin ribbons are pricey, but IMO worth it especially if you can have them«updated» w/o starting all over. The stuff for uniforms is expensive, but it’s pricey everywhere. I also received good service following a return — which can be a rare occasion. I would use USA Military Medals again.
