The man who owns this business is totally unreliable, unable to communicate properly, doesn’t return phone calls, tries to communicate strictly by texting so that you can’t ask questions. Acts like he is ill and unable to come to work and communicates this via texts and I know that he is on another job. I agree with Jill D., wish I would have vetted Robert Ofelt better and researched his reputation prior to hiring him. Never finished the job, even after sanding part of an exterior door down to the wood. Didn’t hear anything from him. Takes from one to give to another. Terrible way to run a business. Presentation was wonderful, and had an immediate opening, that should have been my clue something was amiss.

This guy is a thief.
He took our check for $ 1800 in September of 2013, came up with all kinds of excuses as to why he was putting off the painting job again and again – always coming next week, this sort of thing – and still, a year and a half later, has not paid most of this money back. He took our money and spent it on other debts he must have had. He is a crook: please run as fast as you can.
