Shitty service the owner is a jerk who will only work on what’s convenient for them the worst shop I’ve ever been to I wouldn’t take a rusting nut here to get fixed

I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault and being new to the area I had no idea where to take my car, so StateFarm suggested West Hills, and I’m SO thankful they did. Everything was taken care of for me and Greg was so great to work with. My car is like my baby, and Greg understood that! He called me with updates at least once a week (my car was in the shop for over 15 days) and he even laughed off my craziness when I told him my car had a name… yeah, i’m THAT kind of person. But my car looks great and with no charges to me, I’m extremely happy.

This place is great! I had to do absolutely nothing! My car went in as an insurance claim. They worked with the insurance company and took care of everything. Their rental car was fun (first time driving a Prius)!
The service was awesome and fast! When I got my car back it looked brand new. Thanks Greg to you and your team. I would recommend to anyone needing collision repair work. Thank you once again!

I brought my Audi to them for a dent repair. They did a fantastic job removing the dent but they oversprayed my windshield with something. It was like a fine mist over my entire windshield. I thought it was just dust until I tried to wash it off. I called them and the first thing they said was it could be sap. I assured them it wasn’t sap and when could I bring it in for them to get it off. They are only open from 8 – 5 except for the man I spoke with who gets in at 7:30. Since I work 8 – 5 this really doesn’t work for me. Basically he was unwilling to fix it himself and suggested windex and steel wool. Which is pretty eff’ed up when you just made $ 1700 for a week’s worth of work.
I guess in a nutshell this place is great just as long as you bring your own customer service because they ain’t got it. Shoot, with 4 teenage drivers they could be making bank off us but we’ll never go back. I will also be letting USAA know they aren’t in league with their expectations.

I received excellent service with great communication throughout the process. My car looks great and was ready exactly when I was told it would be. Would definitely recommend and would return.

If you care about honest work and integrity, do NOT go to this collision center. My car is now WORSE than it was before the accident, and they refused to take any accountability.
My auto insurance company suggested this place to me when the accident happened. The manager gave me no documentation of «pre-​existing conditions» and only gave an invoice of the repairs. After I picked up the car and drove it around, my brakes were screeching and there was a grinding sound on the undercarriage. I have had my car for 5 years, and never had these issues until after the repair. I immediately came back 5 minutes later and told them that there was something wrong with the car. They told me to come back in a few days if the noises were continuing, and that they would take a look at it. The noises continued, and I came back a week later because of my work schedule. They would NOT look at the car like they originally said they would do because they said «Told you you had worn parts. You’re going to have to go see a mechanic, and your insurance will probably not cover it.» I called my auto insurance company, which was no help. He convinced my auto insurance company that three places looked at the car, and that the noises are unrelated to the car accident without any written documentation of the «pre-​existing conditions.»
Lesson learned: Do NOT take the car back unless you have test driven it first. If there are problems, make them keep it and don’t let them tell you otherwise. Better yet? DON’T EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE.

I never write bad reviews and in general really have great faith in businesses but this experience has been so over the top and inexcusable. I feel I must report it so here we go… Terrible customer service. I would not recommend wasting time trying to get work done here. I had to have some work done to my car after someone damaged it. Multiple times I found that information that myself and my insurance adjuster would give them would be lost or not recorded so that when I would call to make sure I could bring my car in they would have no idea what I was talking about. They would then blame the loss of information to someone else who was not present. Finally I spoke to the manager, Don and arranged to bring my car in. It is very difficult to give up 4 wheel drive in the winter for a rental so I wanted to make sure they had everything they needed and all info pertaining to my claim was clear and we were ready. I had never experienced so much disorganization. They were recommended by my insurance and so I followed through despite the obvious internal issues.
Anyways, today I bring my car in and I had an appointment. They seemed to not know who I was and also had no info on what I was having done. The original estimate that I had brought in had been lost and the reviewer, Doug, came up and took over from there. Doug was especially rude to me and looked over the issues and said that since they had not been informed of my claim that I shouldn’t even drop my car off. He then acted as if my adjuster didn’t even know what I was bringing it in for. I was so upset at this point as it had already taken 2 months and at least 7 phone calls to get to that point and here they were acting as if I had just stumbled in the shop and had never spoken with them before. I asked for him to call the shop owner who had assured me that all was understood and that my appointment was set and ready. That of course was obviously wrong since when I came in they were not clear on what I was even doing there. They did not contact the owner and told me If I left my car (as preciously scheduled) it would just sit there for weeks and no one would touch it. My experience here was ridiculous and I would highly recommend saving yourself time and going to another shop.

Fantastic service, quality work and nice people. They even washed/​cleaned my car inside and out. I highly recommend this business.

Just took my Prius to West Hills and Chris was super helpful! A little bumper run in with the garage had separated fender from the car and left a bunch of paint. Chris spent time re-​attaching the fender and rubbed off the paint. Almost as good as new and then sent an estimate for a new bumper. I have taken my car there in the past and will again in the future.
