Sarah you are mistaken or have been mis informed by Katie.
My daughter was not there for Katie to do corrective color. She was there for a Hombre cut and color. Why would she want to come back and trust Katie to work more on her hair, when she already damaged it???
She did contact Katie, who refuses to refund her her money. David agreed to refund mine, but now has become unreachable…

I have lived in Portland now for 3 years. I have been with out my beloved «hair guru» for 8 years. (She moved to New Zealand) I saw Katie’s hair and said, «I don’t get my hair done by people who have bad hair… And you have AMAZING hair!» She has the same curly, wavy hair I do, so I was hoping she would know what to do with my mess. She did! If she ever leaves I will have to follow! I mean, I almost had to fly to New Zealand until I found her… And I won’t even go back to my old hair lady even if she moved back! I have even recommended her to a couple of friends who have gone back a couple of times now.

I’m a long time customer of this salon and have had nothing but amazing experiences! Katie has gotten me in at the last minute to style my hair for a big event but has also done numerous cuts and colors that I have always been thrilled with the results. David and Sarah have invited us to community events there with great hospitality and my friends and I always feel welcome to come in and visit. I have referred numerous people here and have always had rave reviews. Thank you Katie and Wildroot for always making my experience excellent and feeling like I look fabulous when I leave!

I normally don’t get my haircut at salons like this but I figured I’d give it a try since this place was so close to me and there was plenty of easy parking near by. Very clean and open space that wasn’t too intimidating even for a salon-​phobic guy like myself. Katie was my stylist and she did a great job figuring out what to do to make me look good. There was also beer and a hot towel face massage at the end. I’ll definitely be back.

I have been going to Liz Fowler for 13 years, she is awesome! She will get to know your individual likes and dislikes and be honest with you about what works and doesn’t work for your hair. You can’t get any better than her.

I’ve been seeing Liz Fowler for about 5 years — she is fabulous! Since receiving her cuts, I get compliments by complete strangers on my hair. I trust Liz more than any stylist I’ve seen. She’s a great listener, but is also honest about what she thinks will work best for my hair. And her prices are reasonable. Thanks Liz!

I have been getting my haircut by Kristie since I moved to Portland four years ago. She always does a terrific job. She makes her clients feel relaxed. It is easy to set up an appointment by sending her emails or calling her directly. I appreciate her flexible schedule.

I have been going here since it opened, and I love it. The atmosphere is sophisticated and modern, yet clean and uncluttered, and the hair stylists are all very friendly and welcoming to anyone who comes in.
I see Sarah, and she knows hair. In fact, I don’t trust any other person with my hair, and it’s because of her that I am always getting compliments on my style and color. She really knows what she’s doing, plus she’ll listen to you and work with any requests you might have.
It is pricey, but it is also a very high-​end salon, so expect fabulous treatment, a complimentary wine, beer, tea or coffee, a massage, and, if you’re male, a relaxing hot towel treatment. This is where you go to feel luxurious.

I have been going to this salon for about 7 years now I think. The staff is super friendly and I love that it’s not snobby in any way. They do a great job on my hair and make the experience really calm and relaxing. I would suggest many of their stylists, particularly Jamie and Sarah. Overall amazing experience every time I go.
