Wired iRepair

This is the second time I have used these guys for my I phone screen repair.
Tyler was awesome, and had my new screen replaced in about 15 min!
I paid about $ 100 for the new screen and a new pair of ear buds.
He gave me an extra 10% off since I used them for my previous screen repair.
Great customer service both times I’ve been here, and it’s never taken longer then about 45 min to be out of the door with a new screen!
I would highly recommend these guys!
The repair also comes with a 6 month warranty, but not on the screen.
The warranty covers defects to the screen etc.
Super happy to have full use of my phone back, and even happier to not have tiny shards of glass in my thumbs anymore!!! ;)

My iPhone5 was doomed from birth — faulty seals on the camera unit meant a constant «soft focus» on the camera. Recently the «home» button has become stuck, resulting in Siri recording then dictating whole conversations, taking screenshots, or closing programs.
I took a brisk walk to Wired iRepaie, wholly expecting to leave my phone for the day. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone was repaired and returned in less than five minutes, at NO CHARGE.
I can’t say that anyone should expect similar service, but I was certainly impressed.

Exceptional, nice guys who are great at what they do and get your phone back to you fast, if not in two minutes, than in just a couple of hours. Prices are great, too. I’m a loyal – and unfortunately, frequent flyer – customer. I recommend them.

These guys are MIRACLE WORKERS! Three months after getting a brand new iPhone 6, I dropped it in a toilet (alcohol was involved). It spent two months in rice, I transitioned to an old phone, mourned it, and left it for dead. It refused any attempt to turn on for almost four months. Saw the number for Wired iRepair on the side of a truck and decided to call and see if anything could be done.
First of all, if they can’t fix the phone, IT’S FREE. That’s crazy good customer service. Secondly, they are super nice and chill people. Thirdly — they revived my phone after trying three times and now it’s working perfectly! And all they charged me for was $ 50 for cleaning the inside. I really cannot speak highly enough of how much money and grief these guys have saved me. Thank you so much!

Just terrific. Friendly, competent, good prices. And they are genuinely interested in helping you. And there’s just a cool atmosphere about the place and the people who work there. It’s just what you would want in a phone-​repair place.

great place! I had a problem charging my phone, took the phone in and was out of there in 2 min with my phone working normally again! Loved this place and the guys were very nice :)

I just had a great experience at Wired, I needed to have a SIM card cut down to fit my IPhone. They had a special tool and took care of this in a matter of minutes. The person who helped me was nice, courteous and genuinely interested. Good service is sometime hard to find these days. Thank You!

This place is great, the people are competent and they get the job done. It’s not cheap but it’s reasonable.

I dropped my phone off for broken screen repair on a Saturday and they had it fixed within an hour. Due to my extreme clumsiness, I had to visit them again, for the same reason, the following day. They took pitty on me and gave a discount (for being a repeat customer within 24 hours). THEN to top that off, I dropped my phone in the Sandy River 3 days later and had to come back. The super friendly guy behind the counter miraculously got my phone working again within 30 minutes and I cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done for me this past week! I keep telling everyone how my awful phone experience has been turned into a positive one because of these guys!

This is one amazing place. Customer service is excellent. They made a great effort to get my damaged phone back to life after my dumb ass jumped in a pool with it in my pocket. Alas chlorinated water is like cryptonite to an apple product and the phone was not recoverable. They refused to take any payment for their efforts which is unheard of in my experience.
I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in small businesses.

This was my first time there, but my fiancé dropped her iPhone 5 from a second story balcony several months months ago and visited them. They replaced the screen in less than an hour for about $ 100. That’s faster, cheaper and easier than her, I or the geniuses could have done it.
Then today, I dropped her phone. It seemed to be working fine, but I couldn’t swipe or unlock it (we later learned that means the digitizer was broken). We took it in immediately and they first tried a couple quick things before diagnosing the broken digitizer. They said it would be ready in 15min to replace the screen.
We walked around the neighborhood and when we returned, they told us the screen was on the house. They said it was under their «warranty» with a wink, and sent us on our way. We returned with a six-​pack for their kindness, of course.
If anything is wrong with your phone/​Apple product, just bring it in to them. You won’t regret it.

I went to the Tualatin store for my repair, but by the same name — amazing and fast service. MUCH cheaper than dealing with the phone carrier or going to the Apple store. I HIGHLY reccomend this place

These guys are incredible. On my first visit, they replaced my iPhone 5 screen in under ten minutes, at half the cost of what the «geniuses» at the Apple store quoted me. And when I had a glitch with my screen a month later, I walked in and they replaced it again within a half hour — along with my home button just for good measure. No extra charge. No questions asked. No warranty bullshit. No complicated paperwork. No interrogation or accusations. No blood sample. Just good old fashioned customer service. They’re killing it. And I will spread the gospel to everyone and anyone who will listen.

I cracked my iPhone 5S screen and brought it to Wired iRepair to have it replaced. The replacement was $ 135, a steal compared to buying a new iPhone without an upgrade.
I was originally told on the phone that it would be a 20 minute stop for me, but when I arrived, the tech said I had to return a couple of hours later. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know.
My phone was in perfect working order and perfectly fixed, however, the next day it half way popped off and I returned to have it replaced again. The day following that the display started failing and so, in total, I had three screens in about as many days. They were always nice about fixing it and they have a 6 month warranty on the screen.
Just be careful because replacing it here does void your warranty with Apple, if you have one.

My sons iPod was not charging so we brought it into this store. The man at the counter took a look at it and had it fixed within a minute. He didn’t charge us because it was such an easy fix. I appreciate his honesty. It is very rare to find that nowadays.

Pretty quick, came in with my destroyed iPhone, for $ 100 and five minutes, my iPhone 5 was almost new.

The least expensive Iphone 5 screen repair in town. Quick in and out. Helpful service.
I cracked my screen badly and couldn’t get into my phone. The mac store and verizon both told me that I would have to get a new one. They replaced my screen and that was that.
Highly recommended.

This place should be called «Magic Wired iRepair» because all the magicians that work there do things that I just can’t explain! They’re quite simply amazing! They’ve fixed two iPhones and an iPad for me, all of which I thought were dead. They fixed them all with ease and always a smile on their faces. Great service! Great customer service!
