ZOOM+Prime

I had my first experience last week at Zoom. I was very pleased to be able to get in to see Dr. McNally on short notice. The entire experience was very pleasant, simple and through. I would recommend this practice and I highly recommend Dr. McNally.

I am blessed to have met Dr. McDougall when I did. In short-I’m morbidly obese, on the path to type II diabetes in a few years, I have high BP, triglycerides and cholesterol… all of the things that took my grandmother-​only her diagnosis was in her late 60’s early 70’s-and she controlled most of it after that with diet and lived until she the age of 87… I’m only 45. In two weeks I’ve lost 11 pounds, my BP-​though still high-​has lowered by I think 10 points, and my energy level and satiety with my lifestyle has quadrupled.
I don’t believe in coincidence. Dr. McDougall, his enouragement, his recommendations, his follow up and genuine concern for his fellow humans is refreshing and under his guidance and care-​I can literally feel myself getting healthier. Brandon who also works in this office is upbeat, positive, and always has a smile.
I tell everyone I know how amazing Zoom Care is, especially Zoom+Prime, and can’t wait for 2016 to be my healthiest year in at least a decade. I can’t wait for the next round of labs to see how this new lifestyle has affected those numbers. Life is beautiful again and God is Good!
