Very good pizza! Attentive and friendly service, they didn’t skimp on the toppings and cheese! Will def be back on my next weekend getaway to Eagle Lake.

If I can give more then five stars it would be ten stars this place has the best pizza and wings I’ve tasted in years. Also the customer service is on point, and very friendly love this place, and it’s also a family friendly environment can’t wait to be bring my family in next time.

I never had made a review on Unilocal before but I was so disgusted that I decided too. if zero stars were an option I would have chosen it. After waiting 30 min and no order in sight, I inquired about our personal size pizza and bread sticks. The cook looked at me like he did not even have a clue and said it would be another 45 min. Customer service was absent and In fact argumentative. We also had all you can eat salad bar and many items were empty. We asked for it to be refilled and employe said they did not have any more. When owner/​manager returned we inquired about refilling salad bar items (at lest ¹⁄₃ of items were gone) he said it’s all there. Items that were left on salad bar most were turning bad and were just the barest scrapings on the bottom of the containers. Oh, and to top it off the ceiling was leaking and tables weren’t cleared. Go anywhere else!

Been coming here for the last few years. The food is always good, although the building itself is in a bit of disrepair. First time here since the new owners. We were the only people in the building, there were 3 people working, yet none of the tables were bussed. Ordered 2 pizzas and although there were no other orders in the oven, they didn’t put our second pizza in until after our first was done. The bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. As I write this review, the 3 people are at the end of the bar watching a YouTube video. Perhaps they should bus some of dirty tables or clean the bathroom. Side note: the arcade games ate several dollars of my kids’ money, and despite no «out of order» sign, they refused to refund us since «they don’t own the machines.» Service wasn’t rude but certainly not friendly. Thank God the pizza was good!

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but have been pleasantly surprised. Pizza is pretty good and wings too. We like a lot of vegetables on our pizza so usually do a vegetarian and add meat. We’ve ordered pizza from here several times and almost every time it’s been good. We did have one night where it wasn’t cooked all the way but they had given us some free wings so it was alright. Service has always been good but we always get it to go.

First time here since the new owners. I will not return due to unsanitary and improper food handling. The young man that was taking orders, was also touching the food. I watched him handle the phone, cash register, touch money and wipe his nose with the back of his hand and immediately go start touching and kneading the dough. This after he came from outside the restaurant. It was enough for me not to finish my pizza or ever return.

Horrible. Got there at 2pm and finally had to dad refund and storm out because our pizza wasn’t in the oven yet 45 minutes later.

Second time here and both times the pizza has been fantastic! The all meat was smothered in meat and the Western BBQ Chicken was very fresh!
Only downside was the service… Not rude but not friendly either. Lots of young employees who have no idea what real customer service is. Won’t stop me from returning though, the food really is great.

I rolled into town at about 8:30 famished and the pizza factory was one of the few places still open. I had the small Hawaiian, a single serving from the salad bar and a local beer.
The pizza was good sized and tasted good. I liked the fact that it wasn’t too greasy and overloaded with too much tomato sauce. The salad bar was decent with a good selection of veggies.
They have a good sized seating area and a small TV as well. Would definitely return if ever in the area again.

Wanted a good pizza place to take back to our room and they did not disappoint. We kept it pretty simple but all for of us enjoyed our pizza. Couldn’t find anything wrong with it. If I’m ever back in the area I will make it a point to return.

Bad service, sub-​par pizza, and high prices!
We ordered delivery in the middle of the day on Saturday and they quoted 35−40imutes. We were not given a quote for the price. After literally an hour and fifteen minutes, we called to see if we should just cancel (the location was less than 7 minutes away. What could have taken so long?!). I spoke with the self-​identified owner who said that the delivery quote times were «ranges» and insinuated that we should not take them literally. After telling him an hour fifteen was more than a little out of the range, he began to make excuses about the time it takes to make a pizza, etc. I told him he should just give me an apology. He responded the pizza was almost there. I said «are you seriously unwilling to give me an apology?» And he repeated it was almost to my location.

Lots of toppings though, but it was not hot. Also, for one llarge and one medium it was $ 45. What a huge disappointment. If you truly were the owner: get your act together and I would encourage you to get some new dough and a better attitude.

Ate there on our trip to Norcal last summer. The pizza was pretty good.

Surprisingly decent pizza. It was fun to watch the ladies throw the pies in the air. yes, they hand toss their pizza. It was also open when we needed it. A big plus as the place we had planned to go to wasn’t!

Great pizza. Very nice people. The classic «Welcome to our small town… how can we be nice enough to guarantee you come back» kinda place.

Wow! This place has gone way down hill…
So stopped in and got a family combo. 2 salad bar (one trip only) XL pizza, and pitcher of soda. 22.00 $. ok
Make my way to the salad bar. Salad all wilted and brown. All the toppings were gross too.
Pizza came… I guess it is called card board pizza because this pizza was the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life… The dough in the crust was not cooked all the way. I was not happy with the pizza from this place at all. I did not say anything because little local business are struggling so hard to make it but you know what. If you all want to make it you need help and need to hire someone that knows something about pizza.
will not be back for pizza again… maybe you should invest in real pint glasses too. Serving beer in a 6oz glass for 3.00 is outrageous… even plastic ones are better than what you all are using.

I am not a fan of the pizza here, but it suited me just fine to grab some beer and watch some golf the other afternoon. This seems to be a popular place in Portola, but it is just not my cup of tea.
