I worked extensively with Portsmouth Quality Flooring while building our house in the summer/​fall of 2012. From the moment I walked in, Amie was completely professional, friendly, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more. I spent probably 12 hours over 6 visits with Amie, selecting tile, changing my mind, re-​selecting tile, taking samples, returning samples, checking stock, picking up tile, returning tile. Each time dragging my infant along with me who we had to entertain while making choices. His stroller almost became a permanent fixture there, I swear. With every visit, Amie was patient and helpful, giving her expert opinion every time. She understood my taste and 99% of what she showed me, I loved, she really listened to me and never tried to sell my what she liked, but cared about what I liked. When Amie wasn’t in, Savannah took over without missing a beat. I would recommend PQF to anyone and was super happy with my experience there. I’m sure I was a pain in their butt and I really appreciated all they did for me.
