We bought two cell phones and a direct TV package. We were told how much our monthly bill would be and it was 62 dollars more than what the quoted. We went back and they said it would be fixed and only got worse. we had really bad customer service and felt like we were lied to everything we went there. They still give us the run around. They just keep lying to us leaving us to pay higher prices and cancellation fees. We felt slimed. Stay away from this store!

I entered the store and only one man was helping customers. There were several employees behind a locked door that I had to knock on to get service. I informed the smug employee that some other smug employee sold me an iphone charge sync cable when I handed him my android. I purchase over one hundred dollars in peripherals that night and Khurram Ghazali was totally APATHETIC. He said because my husband lost my receipt and I am not a customer he refuses to exchange an unopened product that clearly says AT&T on it. CUSTOMERSERVICEISDEADIN2015 :( I am a famous published author and DEMAND A REFUNDOR I WILLSUEYOU!!! I am meeting with my attorney tomorrow and will show him this in case you respond with anything other than a promise to undue your highly unconscious employees damage to me… cannot believe this Khurram is an assistant manager?!

This store is great– the customer service was fantastic. I went in to have my number changed, and it was quick and easy. :)
