Service from beginning to end was very good. My server Alyssa G was very knowledgable with the menu and made a few good spot on recommendations.
Overall I feel this is not a bad place to come to in the local area for a nice steak dining experience. I prefer local places whenever possible but this is my first dining experience at this brand
Steak was cooked a perfect cool center rare and was very tender for an 11 ounce sirloin. The steamed asparagus was a bit woody on parts but still very good. The sweet potato pecan casserole had to much cinnamon for my taste but overall it is well done
The bread they have as an accompaniment was very good as well. Had really good flavor throughout
Overall a very good dining experience.

Awesome porterhouse steak and great service and not too expensive. Gone there quite a bit and will continue to do so. Love it.

I have found it to be ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ when going here. Service and quality/​freshness/​warmth of food and so on.

I don’t know why we haven’t been to Longhorn for a year or so. So my wife, daughter and son in law took me there for my birthday. Everything was great including our server Brielle. We split two appetizers and the entrees were big enough that we brought half of them home. Better yet they have a couple craft beers (VICTORY & Sam Adams) on tap. A good craft beer and beef… we will be back…

Been going here since they opened. Always had a friendly waiter /​waitress. The food has always been cooked for perfection, and mixed drinks are great! Will keep going back to this location.

We dropped in for dinner and actually were happy w/​the meal. Sirloin cuts are either really good or really bad, mine was really good! I ordered the green beans and a salad… the green beans could have given this 2 stars but the service and salad dressing saved a 3 star review. The Prime Rib I was told was excellent (our daughter) as was the grilled chicken. The house wine was as good as any $$ chain, maybe better. Stop in it was good cuts of beef. Choice cuts I’m sure, not select.

My husband and I stopped for a very late lunch mid-​week and were very happy with both our meal and the service. The salads were very fresh and chilled. My husband really enjoyed the Caesar salad and I ate every bit of my house garden salad with a very nice ranch dressing on the side. For our meals, he was very happy with his streak, cooked medium rare just like requested. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp, and if hadn’t eaten my entire sslad, I would have had room to eat the whole plate! The v shrimp were perfectly seasoned and picked up just enough grill ‘char’ to add to the great taste. And even the seasoned rice was cooked perfectly and had a hint of heat to go against the sweetness of the shrimp.
My lack of the 5^th star is for the décor. I get the wild west theme, but dusting snd cleaning all the décor should be invluded in the daily side work before or after hours.
Anyway, we will be heading back soon for another great meal. Late lunch or dinner, still not sure which.

The food is great. Service seems to depend on who you get, and what day it is.

A favorite casual stop. Attentive staff, who are «on it» if problem occurs.
Strawberry pecan salad (dinner size), Flo’s filet with parmesan crusted topping with green beans (still bright green & just as I like) is superb as my typical, though somewhat routine order. They have a chocolate lava cake that I occasionally enjoy when I order the smaller filet.
It’s as good as it gets in a chain, in my experience. It’s worth a visit when hungry for a steak.

Go to Texas Roadhouse and skip this place, we ate here twice and were disappointed both times — the décor is a bit better than Texas Roadhouse but the food is overpriced and pretty awful. It was salty, overcooked and just kind of tossed on the plate. Perhaps they need to upgrade their kitchen staff.

I had the 8oz sirloin steak and it was medium rare, just the way I ordered it. It was cooked perfectly! The service was excellent. The only thing that was wrong was I ordered mixed vegetables and they forgot to bring it out with the meal. It was quickly resolved.

Even though chains can be a better choice, (especially in this region) this one didn’t have much to offer other than «atmosphere».
We have been here a few times and the service was fine, but the food was either greasy, overdone, or a combination of the two. (Also salted to death).

Well, what to expect from a chain? I had the «Flo’s Filet» done medium and although it was VERY tender they ruined it with way too much salty seasoning. I think my blood pressure spiked from all the salt! Strangely enough my wife’s chicken dish was over-​seasoned and salty, as was my daughters chicken fingers. Please send the chef back to Longhorn corporate for retraining.
Other than that service was very good, the place was clean and seemed to be running smoothly.

1.5… We were hungry and in the middle of nowhere… sadly. Everything was way too oily. It’s as if the amount of oil is directly correlated to the lack of everything else (fresh food flavor, skill of chef, etc). The crab and shrimp dip smelled funny too.
Well, if I complain any more about a chain, I’ll risk losing all credibility. So I’ll stop here. Okay, fine, the complimentary bread was good. Oh, and, I don’t eat chicken or red meat but that really didn’t influence my rating. The seafood entrée wasn’t good either.

Delicious, good service. I left full, what more can you ask for out of a restaurant?
The waitress was friendly and the food was awesome.
