I’m not a novice as I often get massages while traveling. Massage here is okay at best. Your feet aren’t done; apparently that’s a whole different service and charge. Hard to communicate since their english is awful. They need some Febreze or a plug-In because the place smells like feet. After you pay they tap on their tip basket basically shaming you into tipping. Guess I’ll stick to massages in Vegas.

I am not a massage novice, and am familiar with proper deep muscle massage techniques. I seriously question whether those offering massage at the Coventry Mall have been properly trained – if trained at all. I felt as if I’d been in a car accident after one hour. And, since no one speaks English, it is impossible to communicate.

They are too rough even after asking to go easier. I left feeling very sore and feel even worse today. Both of my shoulders are tight now. I also asked half way though my massage if I could change the last 15 mins to a foot massage and thinking she acknowledged my request left it at that until I find out later when she didn’t give the foot massage that she simply didn’t understand me. They speak very poor english. Avoid this«massage» place or any mall massage place.
