Service could be better. There is one lady in particular that works there a lot who I can recall. I’ve gone in there a few times to browse as I wanted to buy a nice big purse for the summer. I wanted to make sure I really liked it. When I went in to buy it, the same lady was greeting and gave me a dirty look, didn’t even greet me. I looked around the store and picked out my bag, then proceeded to the register. The best part is, when the girl went to put in someones name for commission, she looked at the same lady greeting and asked me who helped me. I said «no one, actually, no one even greeted me.» The girl at the register was kind of emotionless and didn’t even say thank you for coming in. I feel like if you’re under the age of 25 or so they brush you off and assume you aren’t going to buy anything. I guess it’s just a stereotype or something. However I did go back to get another wallet, and a younger gentleman was VERY helpful and suggested a few options and colors but did not pressure me in any way. As someone who worked at this mall, I feel as if you need to be respectful and treat all your customers the same because you never know who has money and who doesn’t! Hopefully that lady was just having a bad day!

The best service ever! They are very helpful and patient and the sales are fantastic. I got a beautiful shearling coat for $ 59.99 and the sales rep was fantastic about helping me decide on a size and style. I never felt like I was being a burden when I asked for a fitting room, unlike at other stores in the outlets. Plus, they have a great selection of Hamilton totes and cross-​body-​strapped satchels.
