Ugh how is this place open? Food is horrible and flavorless… What a waste of $ 20.00! Was forced to get a crappy cheese steak next door. I wouldn’t advise you to get anything from the plaza in general. Get ice cream from a vending machine.

This place is worse than the standard Chinese place in a food court. The orange chicken barely had any sauce and it was mainly breading. One of my pieces of bourbon chicken had a bone in it, and the lo mein was greasy and bland. They won’t even let you get a cup of water.

Too many bones in my chicken. Got the bourbon chicken and orange chicken. I found 3 bones in my bourbon chicken. Orange chicken was alright but the bones freaked me out so I didn’t eat as much as I wanted to.

I hate to say it but the food is pretty bad and the service a million times worse. We came here an hour before they closed and there was practically no food left. My mom wanted the black pepper chicken but there was literally half a spoonful left, so she asked if they could just give her the remainder of the serving portion in stir-fried vegeatbles. They initially refused saying that the half spoonful would count as 1 selection, after which I walked over and very calmly said that the price I would pay would only be for that half spoonful. The owner came over and very quickly agreed to give us some of the veggies to make up for the tint portion of the other dish. The dishes were very greasy and bland. Kudos to my poor mom for stomaching it but I couldn’t. They were also very quick to remind us that they closed in 30 min, which was true since they close at 9 pm and it was 8 pm. Certainly won’t be returning, no matter how much I may be craving faux Chinese food.

I probably wouldn’t have written a review about this place. But, my experience today was a «buyer beware» experience. That said, I’ll be fair in my review. First, the food… it was better than the service and attitude. The bourbon chicken was actually quite good for fast food. 3.5, I’d say. The chicken and broccoli, not so much… a 1.0. The fried rice was a 2.5. Now for the main thing to consider… the attitude. At first, the gentleman was friendly and offering samples. I said no thanks to samples, because I know I’ll be ordering. I ordered the rice with two entrée dishes. The rice took up half of the plate, but the TWO entrees took up about two-thirds of the other half… and not piled high, either. I asked why so little and they said, «you only ordered two, not three, entrees». I pointed out there was barely anything there even with the two entrees and they ignored me. I was so hungry I just left it alone at that point. BUT, when I moved over to pay, I saw the guy paying in front of me had a full plate piled high. So, I went back and pointed that out. They tried to ignore me by saying he got the three entrée side order. I told him he was wrong and said he could look at that guys plate to confirm. He did and then tersely said, «give me your plate». The woman behind the counter had a nasty look, grabbed my plate and proceeded to add ONE piece of broccoli and ONE little chunk of chicken on my plate… and then drop/throw the plate on the top of the counter. Are you kidding me?! I have no idea why they were so terse with me. I smiled when I arrived and ordered the food with a «please». I guess they didn’t care for the fact that the portion they dished out wasn’t satisfactory to me and I let them know. Well, now I get to dish something out in my Unilocal review… and I think it matches their terse attitude.
