I give this place a one star because our order to go was messed up. When we arrived home we had been given one order of cheese fries and two orders of plain, when we ordered all three cheese fries. If that wasn’t disappointing itself, one of the kids found a hair in the bag of fries. Geeeeross!!! Their taco pizza was lousy. The price was way over priced as well especially for what we got. We thought about calling to discuss the incident with them but figured we wouldn’t go back so why did it matter. Back to Giovannis for us!!!

Best Pizza in the area. Crust is perfectly thin, just the right amount of cheese and sauce, and cooked just right. Their Italian dishes are really good too.

There appears to be new owners. The quality and taste have declined since we started going here in 2014. The beer is cheap and the dining room is generally clean so we keep coming back.

Stopped in last night to pick up a medium cheese pizza and garlic knots. The knots aren’t on the menu but I saw them and HAD to order! And they were extremely good! Not too big, not too small, and served with marinara! The pizza was very good. A little thicker than other places in town, definitely not NY style. But it was very tasty. Not my favorite in the area, but I’d give it my #3 best pizza so far in Pottstown. When I stopped in everyone was very nice, attentive, and seemed to know who their regular customers were by how well they knew them! I was impressed.

Five stars for food! Everytime we come to this area we eat here and they don’t disappoint. It’s a bit unconventional for a resturant, don’t expect a waiter, seat yourself, place your own order, and you might have to get your food. A pro on the self serve though is that they have self beer

Located off N Charlotte St in the old McDonald. They have a good size parking lot to support the busy traffic. Seating area was nicely upgrade wishing they waitress /waiter, instead of self service. Order a Pep Pizza, great food with fresh ingredients you get your money worth. I’ve tried several different items a pleased with everything tried so far.

Horrible cheese fries. I had asked for Mozzerlla and Chedder Cheese not cheese wiz. I won’t be going back after a simple request like this. Back to my favorite Palermo’s in Royersfod!

I would give this place 4 stars for their sandwiches, but only 3 stars for the pizza. Ill give it 3 and a half stars if I could because Its a solid choice for good all around italian. Its not as if the pizza is bad, its good and I enjoyed it, but if im being critical, which I am, my pizza was a little more doughy and chewy then I prefer

We always go here for pizza, stromboli or cheesesteaks. The sauce is not too sweet like other places.

Great place! Every time I’m in here it’s so busy! They always have plenty of employees behind the counter so if there’s a line, it goes fast! The food is really good and you can get take out beer here which is also good!

Honestly, for pizza and inexpensive Italian food, Palermo’s is the best in Pottstown(and in the surrounding areas, in my opinion). I’ve been eating there since… well, since I was old enough for solid food. The pizza is just so good. Amazing crust, flavorful sauce, perfect amount of cheese. The white pizza is just as good — oh, the garlic! My only complaint is that some of the toppings could be better. They use canned mushrooms and the broccoli is chopped so finely that it’s not even worth getting — this disappoints me, because veggie pizza is one of my favorites. The cheesesteaks are really good too. I’ve yet to find better, although I’ll admit I haven’t sampled many Philly cheesesteaks. I’m also a big fan of the eggplant parmigiana dinner, the calamari, and even the salad, which is always nice and fresh. My boyfriend is crazy for the mozzarella cheese fries and his brother favors the cheddar cheese fries. My dad is a fan of their large selection of beers and sodas. Really, I go there for the pizza — and so should you.

Our pepperoni and onion pizza was rather bland and the crust was nothing to write home about. The search for good pizza near Pottstown continues.

The best pizza in Pottstown. Order it extra thin, and you have something that rivals anywhere this side of Osteria. Palermo’s also serves up really good cheesesteaks and have amazing french fries. As far as pizza shops go, this one is top notch.

Having lived in Pottstown about 8 years, this is pretty much my favorite pizza joint. Their pizza is great(order the XL, it is like a slice pie) from the chewy and flavorful dough to the awesome sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Also a big fan of their cheesesteaks and the chicken Fiorentina sandwich. Good veggie Stromboli too. I have always had good service at this typical old school Philly Burb pizzeria.

I asked my running partner for the best pizza place in Pottstown having already tried 3 or 4 locations already. She recommended Palermo’s. I will admit that Palermo’s has the best pizza in Pottstown. Now that is not saying a lot considering the competition but I will return for the white pizza.

Ok folks — my 2 year tenure as an official«pottstown-ian» I can proclaim with confidence and pride that this is the best pizza pie in town! For certain, with the thin crisp delicate crust and the flavorful, not too sweet sauce and the perfect ratio of fine cheeses… we have a winner! I wont get pizza from elsewhere in town(OK, one exception to Thats Italian Trattoria margahrita pie. mmmm, mmmm)… This is my fave, and staple, great pizze pie joint in town. And not to mention the service is decent also! Horray for Palmeros in Pottstown… not to be confused with the«other» Palmeros(Rofo & Lansdale), this place is a home run!

This is THE place to get pizza in Pottstown. It is mouth watering delicious. I can’t recall any time I’ve had a bad pizza. Whenever I have friends up from Philadelphia, we usually order 4 or 5 pies and have never been disappointed with the service or the product. The pizza they make there are alittle greasy, but not in a bad way. With that said, if you aren’t a fan of juicy pizza, then this might not be the place for you. They have a wide selection of menu items, although I can’t vouch for the rest of the menu. I only get pizza from there. If you live in the area and you haven’t had a pizza from here you are doing yourself a disservice… or you are a big fat liar.

I was at a housewarming party and asked the host where he got the pizza. «Palermo’s,» he said. He had ordered several pizzas and a couple of orders of wings. Palermo’s doesn’t deliver so he had to pick them up. The pies we ate were large, fresh-tasting and delicious. The mushroom vegetable pizza was a hit with the partygoers, and had a good sauce and ample toppings! The wings were decent — tiny but crispy and flavorful. Recommended if you need to feed a crowd!
