Bed Bath & Beyond

Although I don’t frequent this store because of the prices, I do find myself popping in when i have a coupon on hand.
I am consistently greeted by an employee in each department which I find very nice. It’s good to know that someone is there if I need them without any pressure to buy. One time we were shopping for our dog and the saleswoman discussed what products her dogs like vs don’t like. We ended up buying something because of her recommendation (and out dog loves it). It’s nice to have employees that care about the things they are selling.
One thing I liked was that the guy at the register honored an expired coupon. I also had to return an item once and it was no hassle at all.
Definitely would return… with a coupon of course.

Nice store — not exactly the biggest BBB but they carry all the basic items.
Love that they take expired coupons. Never shop without one or two or 5!

This store is like any other Bed bath and beyond store. Cluttered with merchandise and no one around to help you find what you need. The clutter part I don’t mind, it’s actually fine but I do mind never being able to find an associate on the floor. Last time I had to go to the register and ask for help, mother cashier paged somebody to come in the department I needed help and guess what, nobody ever came. I waited like a moron for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. This is not a first though, no, I wouldn’t be so upset if it was a one time thing. Every time I go thee there’s never a person to ask for help. Bed bath and beyond, where are you’re associates? It’s a big store so I suspect you have enough staff but where are they?

I go here at least once or twice a month to purchase my k-​cups with my 20% off and they always have a good selection. The store always looks neat and there are plenty of registers open and people who are willing to help you find what you need. The cashiers are always very friendly too!

This Bed, Bath & Beyond feels cluttered. But I think that’s because they have a huge inventory right now (perhaps for the holidays), and things are not necessarily where you might find them compared to other BB&B’s. I’ve never had a problem finding what I’ve looked for here… you might just have to take a few more steps to find it. Multiple cashiers are almost always at their registers.
