I would give zero stars if allowed. I received a birthday present and when I went to return it in the original packaging unopened, they would only give me store credit and would not return the insurance on it — even though the product was not opened. Horrible customer service, horrible management, horrible return policies, would not shop there again, and would not recommend it.

My friend had a terrible experience here getting her iPhone fixed, absurd and very stressful. In short — don’t get your phone fixed here.
Otherwise it seems to be your typical Best Buy, nothing special.
