Seems weird reviewing a chain place on here.
It’s a Dunkin. We all know what we’re getting when we walk into one of these joints. The eggs will be rubbery, the pastries a bit dry. Doughnuts are doughnuts. Whatever. And Dunkin doughnuts coffee, though fine by me, will turns up some noses.
This place, though, surprises me in one area. The staff is AMAZING. I go to the Dunkin D’s on the corner of Market and Main several times a week and EVERY TIME someone greets me with a smile. Sure, there’s some slip ups with the order now and again, but they correct them immediately and without argument. They aren’t overly friendly as some places are first thing in the morning («I don’t wanna talk, damn it, just give me my caffeine!») Just cordial, happy and upbeat.
Weird, right?
Only reason I gave it 4 instead of five stars is it’s still a dunkin. And, well… You know. Dunkin?

This is absolutely the best Dunkin Donuts around. They always remember my coffee and how I like it made. I consistently hear the employees remembering other customers orders as well. Coffee always tastes great. Only problem is that you have to parallel park in front.

Having had jury duty service around the corner from this Dunkin Donuts location, I thought I’d pop into this location, and although I got what I ordered, I felt rushed on both occasions. Before you even know it, a bagel and unsweet tea was prepared and out to me in likkety split time no questions asked. I can give them the benefit of the doubt the first time (it was busy, but not super busy), but the second time want busy at all and I was one of the customers in the store at the time. Plus, you know something weird is bound to happen, when you physically have to have the front desk buzz you into the bathroom. Maybe I’ll rethink my decision the next time I’m close nearby.

Okay service. They just started up so the employees are getting a hang of it. Waited a while for my order until the manager saw I was still waiting and made sure I received my order. They’re going to make great business in that area because of all the government buildings that are near by as well as the bus station.
