Pleasant Ridge III

Ordered this pizza… used to be a fan favorite but recently I have gotten raw pizza that is hard to digest. Save your time and money and order from any of the other places in town.

Called in an order to be picked up, ten minutes later when I arrived the staff was standing around talking, when I asked for my order the cook literally said «oh yeah» and started to make my pizza. It wasn’t that it was in the oven and they had to wait, they hadn’t even prepared it yet. The quality of service is appalling. If this is how bad their take out service is it’s no wonder the delivery time is so slow.

Had lunch there the other day. I had a slice of the white pizza. The slice was of good size. Did not need to have another slice. Although I am not sure I would have ordered another. The pizza did taste Ok. Not great but just OK. It did seem that the pizza was a day old. i dont know if it was, but looking at it through the glass counter, it appeared to be day old. The pizza was then heated. It was not hot, but it was not cold. The store itself is not very clean. The crushed red pepper and grated cheese dispensers were homemade from a styrofoam cup with a soda cup plastic top with holes in it that look like they were punched out with a pen. Thought that was very odd and tacky. Overall, the pizza tasted OK and the place is not clean. I will not be back.

The delivery took almost 2 hours and the pizza was cold!
should have driven somewhere else for food. sorry pleasant ridge,… try again.
