The pizza was good. They have a large and varied selection and the service from the folks who were actually working was good as well. The manager on duty however was talking very loudly into his cell phone right out in the service area the whole time we were eating. It was very rude. Take it to the back or deal with it another time. No reason to be on your cell for a half hour straight when customers have to listen to you. I’d have fired him on the spot.

Great speciality pies… The broccoli and roasted garlic is out of this world… Lots of slices to choose from if you stop in… I do agree with other reviewers, it’s a little in the greasy side… Overall though, I would recommend here for a slice or a specialty pie…

I came here after long hours of dayging very hungry. The guy was so nice and they didn’t charge for ranch! Me and my sisters were very satisfied, thanks giacomos for making our day.

Ate there yesterday and had a buffalo chicken slice, one of my favorites, and a chicken parm slice which was excellent. I do agree with one of the other reviews that this place is little pricy but the pizza is good.

Aside from the fact their pizza and chicken rolls are BANGING, the staff of guys are super real and help you in a jam when there’s no tp in the bathroom. You had my back that night guys, thanks! Not to mention, they let me use the space to film my web series. And I will say again, chicken rolls… BANGING!

The pizza is tasty, but it is greasy and paper thin. It’s also pricey due to Marist being across the street. The only sub sandwich I ever had here was the chicken parm sub, which had a lot of bread but not a lot of chicken.

Called to place an order for chicken rolls. After telling the guy on the phone my order I got a «yupp» as a response, and then he hung up the phone. When I get there to pick up my order I wasn’t greeted. I got a head nod from one of the many guys behind the counter. After opening the box and looking at my order the chicken rolls were not fresh. What’s the point of calling in an order if they are just taking them out of the window? I hand the rude guy behind the counter my card to pay, and swipes it quickly and throws my card and receipt at me. I will never order from here again. They are always rude to my girlfriend and I. Horrible service with mediocre food.

The pizza is nice and thin and the sauce and cheese taste delicious. However, it is very(emphasis on the«very») greasy so I always have to blot it repeatedly. The prices are also high considering that the pizza is not a hearty one. Also the single slices you order there are so small and overpriced($ 2.25 for a slice the size of a slice from a 8 slice regular pie). They keep raising their prices and making the food smaller. Also, the sub sandwiches are mostly bread. Spend your money more wisely and go elsewhere! You will be glad you did.

I had a takeout pepperoni pizza. It was enjoyable but nothing spectacular. Their pizza is quite greasy and didn’t do a very good job of staying together when I was trying to eat it by the slice. The delivery was very quick though.

Me and my friends were feeling for a pizza night so we decided to go for it and ordered pizza based off recommendations from a fellow classmate. When I received the pizza and opened the box, I felt pretty ripped-off. We had ordered a shrimp scampi pizza and out the whole 16″ piece of pie… there was probably a total of three shrimps that were cut into small microscopic pieces. scattered pretty poorly around the pie. I had to do a double take because at first. I didn’t realize the first box I opened was the scampi. I thought it was the cheese pizza! LOL. I’ve heard of stingy. but this is really pushing the meaning of stingy. It’s like tossing three chocolate chips into a chocolate chip cookie and then selling it under the name«chocolate chip cookie.» Really now?

They have varieites of pizza that they offered. We ordered some food and ask them to deliver it to our college. We ordered shrimp scampi pizza, nothing special. sauce is too acidic and on top of the cheese, full of OIL. Pesto pasta: meh, very lack of seasoning. chicken is so dry. They took 1 hour to deliver the food. beh =_= not going to order from them again.

The other Giacomo’s Pizza establishments in the area are good and serve good pizza. The complaint that I have for this particular location is the service. The man behind the counter was rude to us when we ordered. The food was good, but because of that I won’t be returning to this particular location.

I’ll be honest with you, the pizza is fairly decent. The toppings, the crust it’s all good! Giacomo’s has all around good and satisfying pizza, always. The place is cleanm good service, victoria justice is on tv… it was all good… BUT my issue was the ice cream part… I love ice cream. love. and when i get a scoop of chocolate ice cream i expect something creamy and smooth and very chocolaty… unfortunately, the ice cream at this place is neither of those things. It was closer to a slurpee that you didn’t finish and put in the freezer for a while later to find it an icy solid mess. It was disappointing. the pizza deserves a solid 4 but the ice cream killed my perspective of this place.

Sadly, they’ve never taken Marist Money, which bites because they’re right across from campus. However, the food is delicious, staff is friendly, place is clean. Garlic knots and a slice are a must. The only better place in the area burned down a few years ago. This is as good as it gets, and I don’t mean in a bad way. I’m sad Gerry’s burned down, but we’ll always have Giacomo’s!
