I’m not going to go on a rant, i’m simply going to say that the only reason i’m giving 2 stars is because the person who cut my hair was an amazing individual on a professional/personal level, however i had to go to a second place to get my hair fixed. Not going to post anything negative or post the name of the hairdresser, simply going to leave it at that.

I made a reservation for the same day (because they don’t offer appointments) and Kristin was my stylist. She did not rush my cut and let me know what it was she was doing, and why, as she went along. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She asked me about my routine/products and made suggestions for future care based on her assessment of my hair and my answers. I absolutely plan on returning and will be sure to call ahead the day of and request her. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a stylist that is easy to get along with and very professional.

I had a good experience on both times I went. I just walked in on Fri afternoon and only waited 10 mins. The girl who cut my hair was Katie, she cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to! Thank you Katiewill be going back for low lights!

My hair was cut crooked here and when I got my eyebrows done, they came super thin! I was so angry even after telling the lady that I prefer a more bodied eyebrow with a small arch. They didn’t only come line-wide thin, but they were also crooked! Terrible experience, never coming back.

It’s representative of the chain. It’s a clean, well-lit shop with a friendly staff. As a guy getting a fairly regular haircut, it suits me well and is reasonably priced — when you take coupons and the rewards program into consideration — and convenient for me. They are well-stocked with supplies, as you would expect. You won’t leave raving about what a fantastic haircut you just got, but you also won’t see Tabatha walking in demanding the keys. I recommend the call-ahead service; there have been several times I’ve used it, walked in with the waiting area full, and been taken in immediately because I called first.
