Wendy’s

The last time I was here the the employees seem shady and the service was pretty poor in my opinion.

Having been to this location on several occasions, they are quick and efficient with their orders. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly — for some reason I always end up in a conversation with the cashier while waiting for my food and they’ve always been pleasant to speak with. I came in looking for my usual spicy chicken Sandwich with spicy nuggets, be the special caught my eye — pulled pork sandwich with pulled pork fries. I was surprised at how good it was. Didnt have high expectations for a BBQ food at Wendy’s, but not bad at all… I’m almost tempted for more but I’ve already met my fast food quota for the month.

I do not like this place… although the place is clean, I can clearly see the staff NOT doing their job and talking and laughing their asses off — the line was long the man taking my order rushed me through and interrupted me in short bursts. This place has always been in my bad side but after having a soggy burger and fries I’m just about done going here.

Service was absolutely terrible! Food getting thrown around inside like a bunch of animals… I will NEVER go back to this Wendy’s! Piss poor service and food wast even worth it.

Open till midnight or later my foot. 11: 40 no sign of life. This is the second time this week i go here and they are closed. Post some actual hours so i can stop going at the wrong times… please…

Clean and always offers a well prepared and satisfying chicken-​apple-​pecan salad.

The worst part of the experience here is the logistics just getting inside. If you’re driving north on U.S. 9, access is easy; there’s an entrance to the Poughkeepsie Plaza Mall just before you get to it. If you’re driving south, you have to do the usual left-​turn and double-​back routine. The Wendy’s parking lot is delineated from the rest of the Poughkeepsie Plaza parking lot by sidewalks. So if you’re walking there from another part of the mall, you have to deal with parking lot traffic as well as the drive-​thru line.
Nothing good or bad about this Wendy’s in general. It’s clean and very well maintained, as are the rest rooms. The manager checks with customers dining in when time allows. They recently (or since the last time I was there), added TVs in 2 of the corners of the dining room.
