I visited this place for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was a bit skeptical since I always use drop off service in the city, but I loved it. Suzy, the owner, is a very sweet and helpful person. I’d recommend this spot to anyone

I had the pleasure to come across this place when I was out running errands yesterday. Not only is it a really clean location(which is important when you want to wash a white comforter) but one is made to feel very comfortable and at home. They have a great seating area, as well as a library. I was particularly interested in all the artifacts and historic curios that the owner had curated throughout the location. We ended up having a great discussion on the history of cleaning clothes and I learned a lot(and will be trying to track down some bluing for my white shirts.)

We’ve got your sock laundromat has to be the nicest and cleanest laundromat around. Suzy, the owner, takes great pride in her work. She always has a smile and friendly greeting when anyone walks though the door. She is attentive to their needs while being respectful of their privacy. The wash and fold service is outstanding in both turnaround time and quality. All the clothes are folded neatly and packaged in a fashion that makes them easy to transport. Because everything is folded the same size, it’s a breeze you put them in their drawers when you get them home. Friendly, comfortable, and clean are just a few of the words I would use to describe We’ve Got Your Sock Laundromat.

I’ve never reviewed a laundromat, but this place is worth it, and that should say enough. I mean — when was the last time you used«laundromat» and«customer service» in the same sentence? I came here simply because I heard they had free wi-fi, and I hate sitting around doing laundry with nothing to do. When I walked in I was greeted, offered a tour of the facilities to make sure I knew where everything was, offered a frequent customer card, and pointed to the best machine for the size of my load. The whole facility was very clean and well-kept. The manager was present the entire time, and when I left, she asked sincerely for feedback on how to make the place better. What a difference — I’m used to empty facilities, no one on call, where the owner thinks that responsibility starts and ends with slapping«out of order» on a machine every now and then. This business clearly cares about what its customers think and wants to do well, and I can get behind that! Drawback — it’s really expensive. $ 3 a wash for a small load. You do get what you pay for(and I mean that in a good way!) For the safe, clean, comfortable atmosphere(and wi-fi) I will still go back… but I wish they’d lower the prices.
