Joseph was my iTech and he was very helpful. Unfortunately I was in a meeting when he came to my workplace but I left my phone and cash at the front desk and within 45 min, he was done and out. He left a wonderful surprise phone screen on my phone too! Second time I’ve used ICracked and they’ve always had amazing customer service.
