I love that this store is so accessible for last minute, «Darn-​it, I need a better pair of shoes» moments! They carry popular brand names such as… Birkenstock, Born, and Dansko. Choices for men and women. The service is wonderful. They also have fun unique accessories, to compliment a last minute outfit.

I wasn’t expecting to find anything here, but was drawn in by a discount sign for Hunter rain boots which I’ve been thinking about getting for a few years now but could never really justify the cost living in the Bay Area where we just don’t get enough rain. Although the store is on the small side, it has quite an inventory! Shoes, socks, hats, scarves, mittens, handbags, and anything else you might need to stay warm and dry in Washington. The young lady who was helping me was so sweet and nice! I still couldn’t bring myself to purchase the Hunters, but then I spotted a pair of low-​heeled black boots that were on sale and — voila! — they were a perfect fit for the perfect price! I wore those boots comfortably for the rest of my trip. Indigo Plum gained one more happy customer that day!

First time visiting Poulsbo, WA and our small group of 3 adults and two kids (16 and 5), went in to see about shoes. It was Xmas eve day and there were quite a few people shopping inside. We had help constantly whenever there were questions as to style, or price or choices that we may not of known about by a few younger women working there. They all had smiles and happy to help out truly. The shoe selection was very good for both men and women and there were sales on some of them. My brother in law saved 50% or $ 50 on one pair and he was very happy about that! I would reconmend this place if your in the area ;-)

A charming shoe and out door apparel store smack dab in downtown Poulsbo. Great selection, good prices and very friendly service. Plus, they are right next door to Sluys so you can pick that pair of shoes to help you run off that maple bar that you just bought!
