Anytime Towing

My car was totaled horribly. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. Long story short, my vehicle went over steel guard rails on a freeway and rolled down a 100 ft ravine. It was a difficult process to tow my vehicle and the cost for services was quite expensive. We spoke with the owner of Anytime Towing and she was very sympathetic. The owner Nancy is a genuinely nice person. We were able to negotiate on a reasonable price that we could afford and she was more than willing to accommodate. We were very fortunate to have interacted with the owner of the company. She is extremely courteous, understanding and isn’t out there to rip people off.

This is a corrupt business, hands down. They towed our boat (we owed a $ 2 trailer fee that was 1 month overdue) and, in the process, broke the hitch. They obviously rifled through the boat looking for things to steal. It felt calculated that they towed us on Valentine’s day which was a Friday on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND. So, of course, they are closed on Monday but they charged us all kinds of fees nonetheless. We picked up our boat as soon as we got off of work on Tuesday. Even after all of this, we were cool with the people who offered to help fix the hitch, etc. We just wanted our boat and to get out of there. HERE IS THE KICKER: THEY PUT A LIEN HOLD ON OUR BOAT!!! Seriously!!! The DMV even said they will investigate as this company is NOT reputable and they are putting lien sales on all sorts of nicer vehicles that they hope to basically steal from people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. It took us almost 2 weeks to figure out why there was a lien sale. We even went down to the San Diego Treasure worrying that perhaps there was a mistake on our taxes. It was crazy, and we are still hopping mad even though it’s now been 3 months since all this went down.

Horrible place for your car to be towed to! I’m missing a pure silver and gold antique bracelet that was given to me from my grandmother before she died and the only place I kept it was around my gear shift. Not only that the inside of my driver side door was covered in some kind of black ass and a cigarette burn in the rubber lining between my driver side door. If I had more evidence I would definitely prosecute them for theft!

This towing company was referred to me by another towing company which was actually my insurance provider’s preferred towing comany. I locked my keys in my car and called Anyime Towing. They were at my house within 20 minutes (they gave me a 30 – 40 minute window) and got the job done quickly. The man who helped me was courteous.

As if it isn’t bad enough for a mom to come to a place like this to see her son’s car in a wreck after a terrible accident, it was painful to learn that someone had helped himself to all his cash. Do not leave any valuables in your car or they are gone! Also, they treat you like bloody criminals at this place.
