What a terrible experience! First of all, we were treated like poor white trash by the receptionist, who went over my son’s ID and insurance card with a fine-​tooth comb and obviously wanted to find some reason to send us away. She even suggested that my son go to an ATM for cash when he gave her his debit card. Seriously? Granted, I may not have been looking my best that day due to having been ill for the last 10 days, but is that a reason to treat someone like an undesirable? On to the dentist. She told him what we already knew — he needed a root canal — but said that his insurance only pays for work on front teeth, not the back teeth. Are you kidding me? Never heard that one before. Beware of this place! And better put on your finest, or you will probably be treated poorly. So unprofessional! I run a charitable corporation for people with cancer. Everyone is treated with kindness and consideration, regardless of appearance. You should try that, Dr. Aswad.

I have had nothing but positive experiences coming here. I unfortunately waited way to long to get a check up so some work was needed but I was very happy with the staffs professionalism and friendliness. I have been coming back for checkups and have not had a poor experience yet. The office is small and clean and surprisingly quiet for being close to the road. If you need a good dentist who cares about their work and patients I would highly recommend coming here.
