The Tranquility Center

The ladies at The Tranquility Center saved me today. I was very much in crisis and needed someone to talk to me, give me a hug, and help me with some new healing options. I can’t thank Gretchen, Christy, Debbie, and owner Alexi (and her lovely little dog) enough. You are true angels and I’m looking forward to my visit next week!!! Thank you so much!!!

I have been coming to see Gretchen for the past 4 years and couldn’t ask for anyone better. She is patient and a great person to talk with during what most would consider an unusual health visit.

I had my first Colon Hydrotherapy with Gretchen and she was AWESOME! I was nervous since it was my first experience with colon hydrotherapy and she made me feel so comfortable and safe. She walked me through everything and was innately understanding and so kind. The center is balanced, clean, and welcoming. I felt very rejuvenated after my appointment and was more than pleased with the experience. Thank you Gretchen!!!

the new infrared sauna is wonderful! I’ve suffered from CFIDS and Hashimoto’s, constantly operating at an energy deficit & requiring exorbitant amounts of bedrest. a month’s worth of sauna sessions gave me the highest functioning period I’ve experienced in many months and I’ve just signed on for another month’s worth. I figure if one month could give me a reprieve from my symptoms for a few weeks, just imagine what two months’ worth can do! plus, just by being physically present at the Tranquility Center, you get the benefit of the Synchronicity color light healing technology which enhances your overall state of wellbeing – the benefits of which I’ve previously experienced. I feel incredibly grateful that there is a place like this in San Diego that offers these rare, innovative healing systems, which are pretty much unavailable elsewhere in the county.

Alexis is amazing! I have been seeing her for therapeutic massage and she is awesome. She has this way of listening to what your body needs and then delivering. I would absolutely recommend her and the center has a very peaceful energy as well!
