Consistently a costly, yet disappointing Quilt Shop. While I love Bernina products, I’d recommend against purchasing from this shop. While they promote they offer classes and support, they all too frequently fail to do so. I’ve had every excuse in the book and have never received the training and support that was promised when I purchased. There are too many other dealers in the area that have better classes and customer service, I gave up on Bits and Pieces.
This is not written by a competitive business, but a customer who spent a considerable amount of money with this shop thinking that I’d get training and support that never came to be.
