Carl’s Jr

I just had a ¹⁄₃ pound thick burger from Carl’s Jr. here. It was terrible, there was a ton of mayonnaise on it. It made me sick by how much it had. Awful experience.
Later:
A short time ago I vomited up the meal. Upon calling I was put on hold for some time. They seemed to be ignoring me. Well it was not a prank. I feel better now that I have vomited which worries me. It may be food poisoning, I called to warn them. Now I need to sleep and feel better. Please be careful. This may be nothing but I don’t wish this upon anyone else

Thanks John for providing excellent guest service, he repeated the order to ensure everything was correct and was very polite. Thanks to the cooks on Friday ¹⁰⁄₂. My visit was great. I have been to other Carl’s and was ready to boycott completely. The food was going downhill, never warm, or well assembled. But today the team at this location exceeded my expectations.

The big chicken fillet sandwich here is the best I’ve ever had from a fast food place. It’s consistently piping hot and delicious. Try it here!

Unfortunately, the manager told us he would not honor the 10% military discount because we ordered a combo meal. Guess we won’t be returning to this one.

This is the best Carl’s Jr. we have been to, especially because of the kind employees. Jon who is a cashier is awesome. He is so kind, courteous, and cares about making sure our order is done right. He is that way with every one.
Anthony, shift leader is always kind and considerate too.
They have a clean play area if my little one would like to play. Our little one is always treated awesomely!
The meals are always fresh and we would like to thank the cooks. They make a awesomely Thick Burgers, salads, chicken, etc. Always fresh. We only know the name of one cooks, we believe it is Isabel (sorry if I got her name wrong). But she is awesome. When we see her she always waves hello to us.
The tables, seats, floors, cooking area, front area, bathrooms are always clean. The bathroom always have the supplies needed.
The thing we like too is that we always feel welcome there!

This place has improved compared to the last time I came. The manager took my order and it was a plus that he spoke Spanish because my mom was able to order with him she she doesn’t speak English. The food was taken to our table which is a plus since we didn’t have to get up and go get it. The burger was really good it was the Texas one and the barbecue was delicious.
The only problem I had was that the ketchup was too thick and I do mean too thick tried dipping my fries but they would break.
Last thing I love that they offer red Tanya which is one of my favorites

Normally I love Carls. The ones in San Diego don’t seem to love me. After just finishing a long night of night school I went thru the drive thru for some delicious food. Instead of ordering a burger I decided get a salad for the night so I can pretend to be conscious about my weight. I ordered a salad with EXTRA chicken. I paid 2.05 for the «extra «chicken. For one salad I shelled out approx 8 dollars. As per the usual (and I will take blame for this myself) I finish my voyage home so that I can enjoy my meal in the sanctity of my own dwellings. What do I find? One measly chicken strip on my salad. I call Carls hoping to get maybe a replacement the next day. Nope! It’s tonight or never. Don’t eat here at night. The night shift is shady.

I know it’s a fast food restaurant, but you can at least get my order right… me and my husband ordered their famous star with cheese combo meal. I even had them repeat the order to me, and then my husband repeated it to them. It seemed as if they understood our order. After we were given our bag of food, we checked to see if everything was in there. I’m sure you can guess… we were missing a burger! So, my husband goes back inside and tells them that our order is incomplete. He said that they didn’t even know what a Famous Star was and, to top it off, there was another man in there with the same problem. He found out is order was incomplete when he got home and decided to come back! After they finally got our order right, I opened up my burger and it wasnt even warm! This place sucks and it’s service has been downhill.

Just picked up two of the new grilled Cod sandwiches. They were both burnt to a crisp! I don’t understand how they could have even served them. Very poor quality control and they aren’t making friends for their new fish items

What can I say? It’s a Carl’s Junior just like the others. They have the «Green Burrito» portion of not so great Mexican food. I recently tried a low carb diet and started coming to Carl’s Jr. much more frequently because they do a really good job of wrapping the burgers in lettuce compared to other joints. The location is clean and has a play pen if you want to bring the kids or if you feel like getting stuck in a small tube. Drive through is quick and the food here tastes like food from any other Carl’s Jr. so it’s pretty good.
