Dirty. Is one word to describe this place. I never get gas here as it is always so expensive. I am normally a night time customer who comes in and gets a light snack. There is always this fellow EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN, who always states at me as I am shopping. Thinking he remembers me I try striking up a conversation to no avail. I just get muffled yes or no’s. Overall inventory is okay here but the staff are just horrid. Please for the sake of Poway get someone here who won’t scare customers off.

Cheap snacks and drinks and a clean restroom. This place is worth a quick visit if you need something that you forgot.

I usually stop for gas here about once a month (I prefer going to Costco).
Last week I stopped and for the first time had to go into the store to give my credit card. They didn’t say why I had to do that so I assumed they were having problems. Anyway, I purchased a Diet Coke and the cashier was very sullen and didn’t speak at all to me. I do not consider myself a racist at all and the fact that he was a Middle Easterner didn’t bother me BUT the store was filled with Middle Eastern music. Almost as if he was trying to make a statement to everyone. Really in your face attitude.
This was Poway, too! I left thinking that was the last time I was going to stop there for gas. Too many other places to shop!
