This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had! We received(or were supposed to receive) flowers, a balloon, and chocolates for Valentine’s Day from my father-in-law as a gift, which he ordered from . The day before Valentine’s Day(which I get is a very busy time for a florist, and thats ok), they delivered generic flowers(with lots of green fluff and not many actual flowers) in a vase with a teddy bear on the vase and some chocolates. I thanked the delivery guy and when I got inside and read the card, I noticed it was to someone else and from a name I did not recognize. We immediately ran out to the delivery guy’s car and explained the situation, and he took at least 5 minutes to show me that those were our flowers, but that that must just be the wrong card. He showed me the delivery name on his list and everything and insisted we keep those flowers. So we did, and after we called around, we figured out who they were from. My father-in-law mentioned there should be a balloon for my daughter, but oh well, no big deal. its a busy day. We left for the day and when we got home, there was another vase on our door, with 5 roses(and a lot of green fluff) and a big red balloon. There was a note on the vase… and by note, I mean a CVS receipt for toilet paper with writing on the back… saying there was a delivery mixup and to call them immediately. So we called, thinking they were just going to apologize for the mixup, but no… they said they mixed up the delivery and asked that we leave the original flowers outside for them to come pick up the next morning. We thought that was pretty weird, but said ok fine whatever and thought«poor person who is going to get flowers a day late». The next day(Valentine’s Day), we honestly forgot to leave them outside and went about our day. When we got home there was another note on our door saying to call immediately about hte mixup. They also called our cell phone and left a message asking to call back. We did not return the call cause we thought it was rude and we were gone most of the day. Fast forward to now Monday, Feb 15th, we get another voicemail and ANOTHER note on the door saying to call… did I mention that these flowers were A GIFT and we have a newborn baby and they keep knocking on the door? So we call back and they yell at us for not putting the flowers outside and tell us that its our fault that someone didn’t get their flowers for V-day(mind you, the flowers are now pretty much dead and I could pick prettier ones from my backyard). We explained how we tried to give them back immediately when they were first delivered and they told us to keep them and this isnt our fault. They continued to yell at us and demand they be left outside. We asked why would they give 3 day old flowers to someone else and why is it such a big deal, a nd they said they just need the vase(which had a tiny teddy bear on it). We finally agreed, out of frustration and not wanting them to bother us anymore. We put it outside and they picked it up on Feb 16th. The most annoying situation ever and the worst customer service! My poor father in law definitely did not get what he paid for, and neither did we. DONOTGOHERE.

Got an arrangement as a gift so I’m not sure what they paid. 9 roses in a vase red, white and yellow. The white roses were dead and turning brown on the edges when the arrangement arrived and petals began to fall the next morning. Since this arrangement was ordered by someone from out of town perhaps that made a difference in the freshness of the flowers chosen.

I’ve been using Dhun’s a couple of times a year for several years. Sometimes I go through the catalog, sometimes I give them a budget and some ideas. The flowers are delivered to my wife’s work, so I like to have something that gives her bragging rights. Dhun’s has always made us happy.

Received flowers for my birthday from Dhuns and the flowers died a day later. Obviously the flowers weren’t fresh or they would have lasted longer!!! I sent a picture of the flowers to the friend who ordered them and she said they looked nothing like what she requested and it was missing mylar balloons she paid for.
