This is my third visit to Dr. Castillo. My first encounter although nice made me feel like she didn’t have time to answer my questions. My second visit left me with an hour wait and then the excuse of her having too many phone calls, my third visit was just as long this time the excuse being that she had to «drop someone off.» I never had these problems when I was with Kaiser. I am switching back after open enrollment.
