I tried Round Table for the 1st time today. My husband and I both had the buffet. When we walked in there was NO pizza even out. When the person at the counter took our order she asked what kind of pizza we would want on the buffet my husband said mushroom or cheese. Her response was«we don’t take requests». Then why ask?! Once the pizza finally came out it was the worst tasting food I have ever had. Both my husband and I could only stand to eat two prices. We spent $ 18 for 4 tinny slices of pizza. We both left saying it was literally the WORST dining experience we have ever had! I will NEVER return to any Round Table or let anyone go to any locations. How can anyone say in business this way?!

Refuses to honor monday online order coupon for online orders if you don’t pay online. No mention of unwritten requirement in coupon, in website, or callback when order had that information in it. Just told me they wouldn’t honor it when I showed up for my pizza. Pizza is OK, but so is the competition. And they don’t have fraudulent ads… So I bought a pizza elsewhere.

My brother worked there ten years ago and said they would drop pizzas on the floor, pick them back up and serve them to customers. He was so disgusted by all the other revolting things they did(that he refused to tell me) that he never ate there again and advised no one else do it. From the other reviews I’ve read here, it sounds like they haven’t changed.

Just went to this Roundtable. Poor customer service. We waited at the counter for 20 min while the only guy we could see was cutting and boxing up pizza he said he would be right with us but 20 min is a long time to wait just to have our order taken. .we went at around 8:15 pm there was only 1 other table with customers in the whole place. We finally got our pizza at 9:30 pm. The pizza was good. We also ordered cinnamon twists, they were a little dry, when they brought us plates they were all wet, and the server said sorry they just came out of the dishwasher. We had to dry them off with napkins. Just not what we expected from most round tables.

My husband likes the wings, but we’ve had two bad pizza experiences so I’m done with this one. The first pizza had triple play pepperoni, but it was too cooked, the cheese tastes ehhh… The second pizza was over an hour late and was undercooked. we just don’t have much luck with pizza here.

The pizza is good but the customer service is far and above beyond what any one could ask for. I continue to come back to this establishment weekly because of the great treatment my friends and I receive from lisette! She always gives the best customer service with a big smile on her face and makes me feel very special. She is very professional and a great leader for her staff! She is an extreme asset to the team and a valuable employee. Her cheerful attitude is contagious. Thanks for your continued dedication.

Great place for the kids. They have a little arcade with a few videos games and pinball. They also have a air hockey table. Have a few flat screens, good place for pizza and beer while keeping the kids entertained.

For a fast food pizza place this is my favorite. Fast, lots of toppings, and tasty. A little pricy for a fast food pizza place. A medium pizza will run you a little over $ 20.00 Bucks. That’s why the three Stars. Our favorite pizza here is the Gourmet Vegetable Pizza with extra cheese. It has a Garlic Cream Sauce and lots of great Veggies. Yum Yum. If you love Garlic as we do, tell them you want extra Garlic too. For a quicky it will do. Enjoy

Over priced and they under deliver… the pizza is horrible unless it is for a 10 year olds birthday party. The salad bar is never fresh and never well lit up or inviting. …if it wasn’t for the service being good I would have given them 1 star but the young kids that work there do their best with what they have to offer. The owners need to take a little pride of ownership just shut it down.

Love Round Table, but our first experience with this location(we just moved to the area), and a total bummer. Our pizzas were delivered over an hour after the delivery time we were given(almost 2 hours after ordering). When I called the store when it was an hour after the original delivery time to ask where they might be, I was told they were out for delivery; no eta on when they’d arrive, and only an offhand«oh, sorry about that» at the close of the conversation. No acknowledgement from the delivery driver once he arrived. I would have expected a call upfront from someone when they realized that they were going to be so late, and/or some kind of a credit for a future order. Won’t be ordering from here again, unfortunately.

My 5 y/o loves this place on Tuesday Family Nights. In addition to the arcade games, there is a wonderful lady to paints kids’ faces and makes funny shaped balloons(for a tip — she’s great so please be generous!). It really is a family friendly place where parents can eat pizza and drink beer, and the kids are entertained after dinner. The service is great(it is a buffet, after all) and the manager keeps it together even with dozens of screaming kids and blaring TVs.

I came here after my kids earned free personal pan pizzas through the summer reading program at the Poway Library. My kids love pizza so I took them here. I ordered 1 kids pizza(which is supposed to be free with the coupon) and 2 King Arthur’s Supreme large pizzas. The cashier asked the manager about the coupon. The manager said it was expired. I promptly told the manager, I got it a few days ago and it was not expired. I pointed to the expiration date. As if I couldn’t hear him, he told the cashier, «Tell him we don’t take those anymore. Do something and deal with it» The cashier offered $ 1 off my order. I walked out with two extremely upset kids. I live very close by so we used to order from here once or twice a month but they just lost a customer. The one other time I tried to use a coupon, they wouldn’t take it either. At that time, I didn’t think too much about it.

This location has pizza that doesn’t taste as good as the other locations. Probably the worst RTP in SD County. Their crust always tastes stale, the décor is old school, and their pizza always sends me straight to the bathroom. We were one of the few customers eating here on a Sunday night. There was no music playing so the place was silent. We could hear the workers talking in the back and somebody said they were sick for the past 3 weeks — it was the same guy who was preparing our pizza. He was also complaining about work the whole time. They need to lower their prices. We paid $ 25 for a large pizza and a soda and that’s with a $ 3 off coupon. Don’t get me wrong, I like RTP, just not this location…

Found this place on Saturday. The place was clean with lots of people. Lots of families. This place has a small area for video games ect. This is great since I have a family with small children that love to play. The service was good, food was good, the buffalo wings were okay not something I would order again. Reason for the two stars. I was really disappointed on the fact that they do not give cash back. So for example if you do not have cash and your kids want to play video game your out of luck(per staff you can walk out side and find a ATM) This message to the owner you could have gotten and extra $ 20 bucks from me if you were to offer cash back or ATM. Will I ever go to this place again? Maybe? Only if I have to.

This roundtable has always been odd. Never had outstanding service here. I’ve been to the santee, la mesa, sevrin and Rancho locations and have had great experiences. Todays debacle. Just wanted to get a quick lunch via the lunch buffett. Waited on line for 5 – 10 min without being acknowledged. Guy in front of me ordered an xl pan crust pizza. They were«out of xl pan». My first job was at a roundtable. Even people that dont work at a pizza place know thats crap. Its dough. Put two smaller skins together and put it through the dough roller. Guy said fine give me a large. We’re out of that too. The dough machine broke. Also working at a roundtable… dough should be in the fridge for portioning. If the mixer truly just broke it wouldn’t be an issue until tomorrows dough was needed. They had paint ups they could have used to make the guy his pizza. Needless to say. I left as the all you could eat pizza buffett was about to be a bust. Maybe try it again in a month or so… sorry for the 1 star. But ya earned it.

Had a bunch of family over and needed a quick dinner. Ordered 2 large: King Arthur’s Supreme, and Maui Zaui Polynesian. Zaui is right – these were $ 23.99 each! Are you kidding me? These were good pizzas, but they were fairly standard fare. After we added 12 Garlic Parmesan Twists and a large garden salad, the bill came to just over $ 68 for our to-go order. Yikes. If you’re heading for Round Table Pizza, bring LOTS of cash or your Gold Card.

Horrific customer service! I have given them MANY chances to improve with no luck! If you’re willing to put up with horrible service every time, then this is the place! It’s a shame the owner doesn’t empower their managers to «make things right» with customers! I LOVE their pizza but will NEVER give them one more PENNY of my hard earned money! So sad! As another poster said, I don’t have time to write my «novel» of complaints!

I live in Brooklyn and RTP is comparable to Grimaldi’s! No joke. Whenever I’m in Cali I always order a pie. The sauce has a distinct zest I haven’t tasted anywhere else. And you can’t beat the value of the all you can eat lunch buffet.
