Went back recently and my coffee was fantastic and not burned! I hope this is a permanent improvement.

Went in here again on my lunch break and ordered a green tea latte with vanilla bean powder and an extra scoop of matcha. They put mocha in the drink and once I said it was wrong she was like«well the M means mocha» as if I was the one who wrote the codes on the cup or something. Her name was Chelsea and her attitude is awful. Corporate is definitely getting a complaint because this Starbucks is a disgrace. I’ve worked as a Starbucks/Barnes and Noble barista and I know the job is very easy unless you’re incompetent which they seem to be here.

We dropped by this particular Starbucks on the way to Julian. They were nice, but it took a while to make one of our drinks. Bliss bars are back right now, so get them while you can. Parking is plentiful.

Very pleased with their customer service. I orderedy salted caramel mocha in escondido and it was too sweet for my taste, so on my way to work I stopped by starbucks poway to lighten in up a bit. Samantha the barista completely replaced the drink for me it was just right! Same flavor but not too rich and sweet! Thank you Samantha!

Everytime I come here the batista and cashiers seem like they hate their jobs and hate being there. Never a smile, I see starbucks image of friendly helpful, warm welcoming customers service, but man this one is the only one that contradicts starbucks image of customer service.

I love Starbucks n always felt they all are same but today morning I was shocked with the person who took my order n forced me to say, I m not gonna visit this branch ever. I placed order of coffee frappacino n asked only ½ of sugar instead of that she wrote 1.5 amount of sugar. Later when I complained she didn’t even agreed her mistake, which actually amazed me.

Cashier was friendly and attentive to the order. The barista was hopefully just having a bad day. I waited 10 minutes longer than the others in the group and my iced latte was the easy drink! When I asked her what was going on she said she forgot. She seemed miffed that I even asked. Oh well.

I did the mobile order app for the first time today. I placed my order and was at the store within two minutes. I was walking up towards the line and a gentleman asked if I was Danielle to which I replied«I am!» He advised me my drink was ready on the end of the bar, I couldn’t believe how quickly I was in and out of there! Great service, i’ll definitely be back!

I walked in on 08⁄31 to grab a yogurt. The yogurt was due to 08⁄28 and there was no any others. An associate was very mean trying to convince me that it was fresh. I returned it, she swiped my card for refund but didn’t give me receipt. My payment was processing until today I found out I was actually charged. Not willing to go there for arguing because of $ 3.75 but management has to do something with their associates as not all of the customers are so lazy as I am.

I’m really digging Starbuck’s new cold brew, which was what I ordered at this location, a grande in fact, petite vanilla scone, and then I found a comfy seat next to some older timer who was fast a sleep. One thing I really enjoy about the the cold brew coffee is how smooth and flavorful it is. It does not have that slight sourness ans tang that some cold brews do. Its color was on point; mildly dark and rich, similar to the color of what I call black gold. I was very pleases with the ratio of ice to cold brew. Even with the ice, the coffee did not loose its flavor, which is what a good cold brew is suppose to do, not to mention provide a good pick me up. The petite vanilla scone was quite tasty. It was light with a little density and had a very good vanilla flavor. The white vanilla icing on top was quite good too and provided some nice sweetness. I nice treat to eat with the cold brew. Service was keen. It was quite busy, but everyone kept cool heads and kept things moving along in a friendly manner. Good service.

Cashier was pretty rude, didn’t look at me once when talking and had me standing there awkwardly for a receipt when she started helping out that person next to me. Didn’t know that they stopped giving receipts. The drink and the cake pop were good, so that’s why I gave the stars.

Excellent customer service. There’s a guy named fish there. Apparently that’s his last name. If you stop in and he’s working say hi. Otherwise, it’s like every other Starbucks; same menu, same prices, same atmosphere.

The Starbucks location is the one closest to my house. That being said, it is also the slowest Starbucks. It gets a lot of foot traffic because of all the other businesses(includ. the Stater Bros & movie theatre nearby). This Starbucks location is a classic example of why local coffee shops are generally better than corporate ones. And this is coming from someone who used to work for Starbucks. Still, I am not against a good caramel machiatto and I can even ignore the fake mock italian names they have for their sizes. I will occasionally part with my money at this spot but I do so out of sheer laziness bc the drive-thru Starbucks is a couple extra miles away. My biggest qualm with this location has nothing to do w/the quality — it has to do with service and speed. They are either constantly understaffed or just SLOW. Either way they are ill-equipped to handle anything more than 3 customers. I have probably been to this location 200 times, yet the people who work here are constantly in flux so they look at me with this blank look when I order my same drink(grande soy latte, 1 equal).

Good place to get frappuccino. I can pretty much ask them to add anything i want in my drink and they will do it. Friendly staff and quick when they are not super busy.

I watched 5 people in front of me pay with both cash and card, yet when I get to pay for my $ 13 in drinks they can’t break $ 100. What’s the point of being in business if you can’t accept cash? Bad business.

This is an average Starbucks. That being said an average Starbucks is better than any other coffee shop on the planet. –1pt for no black aprons ever being present and –1pt for a tiny area providing for waiting for your drink. If you show up between 6−7am your bound to say excuse me at least 10 times as you make your way through the virtual sea of people to retrieve your beverage. They have a nice outside area with half a dozen tables and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I am so tired of starbucks, are you, Always a long line, always no where to stand while waiting for drink. It’s just coffee but I wait 10 minutes plus. I quit starbucks! Just had to have my drink made 3 times. Awwwwwwww!!!
