Starbucks

Had the worst Starbucks experience this morning. Put in a mobile order that was suppose to be ready in 6 mins. Got there and my order wasn’t ready. apparently they didn’t notice the mobile orders that were coming through. I had to ask and the girl working at first told me no mobile order had been made, showed her my phone and magically it was found. Then the girl who made my drink spilled the milk while pouring it into my cup, instead of cleaning up nicely before handing it to me, she hands it to me dripping with milk on the side. No apology for the delay or inconvenience was ever given… so disappointed and I come to this Starbucks often too… smh

Seriously frustrated with the drive thru service here. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. We come often because of its convenience and it’s never right. I’m in the service industry also so I’m not one to normally complain but really, they need to get it together.

I have mixed feelings about this location. I usually go through the drive through. Sometime I get average customer service and other times I get excellent customer service. Today the lady making my drink was complaining so obviously and loudly about either customers or other coworkers that it was fairly awkward for me to wait for my drink. Thankfully, that’s not the norm but I would say consistency in customer service is a big issue here.

The staff here are really nice! Have had no problems. All my staff can’t live without this place!

This location has gotten much much better in the last year or so. Any drive-​thru on a main road will get busy, but they get people in and out quickly and haven’t messed up an order of mine in over a year. I used to hate this location, but whatever they did to straighten it up, it worked.

Yay for Starbucks drive-thru’s! Makes this coffee lover that much happier. It’s a really easy location right on Poway Rd and the drive-​thru is super convenient for us on the go all the time.
My visit was extremely simple — put my order through, pulled up to the window where they scanned my card via Starbucks app, & I received my drink. The lady that helped me was really sweet, like I was hoping. I’m a very nice & respectable person when it comes to manners. My parents raised me well so I was happy to receive that right back.
My grande iced hazelnut with soy was delicious. So no complaints here!

Very picky on the refill front. I went through the drive through this morning around 10:00 on my way to work and got an iced coffee, pretty basic.
I stopped back in after work to get a refill, and the guy who rang me up told me they can’t refill drive through orders, and that hey could only refill if it had been purchased in the last 2 hours.
The one down the road let me keep the same cup for 6 months and never complained. I’m pretty sure this kid just wanted to be a dick.

i ordered my son a tall chocolate milk with whip. They gave me regular milk with whip. This was my «corrected» order… I’m sorry but if you are going to charge high prices I expect higher quality and better customer service! This is ridiculous

I’d love to give them a 5 but not every visit it great. They tend to mess up on my drink sometimes. If I catch it they fix it. I have to say I love Jen the funny chatty lady that’s worked there forever. She never forgets your name and is always so happy! My fav. SB’s!!!

Traumatically loud employees! I looked on Google and walked 3 minutes to The Coffee Bean. Was not that busy, employees shouted their daily gossip and slammed equipment constantly. I even made a comment avout the noise and that lasted 3 minutes. Young and totally unaware of their affect on this environment. I could not turn up my ear buds any louder, I was startled consistently… hello Coffee Bean. It is in the same complex :)

Today I ordered a grande soy caramel macchiato w/​sugar-​free vanilla and a reduced-​fat turkey bacon egg white sandwich. Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. For the boy, I ordered a venti no water passion tea iced tea and a sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich.
$ 14.75. The price of deliciousness.
I generally will come here as my lunch-​time getaway for work. I started using the Starbucks app so that eventually every 12^th drink will be free. Still, I recently bought an espresso machine bc I don’t like paying almost $ 5 for a latte. Anyhow, I come here bc I have a steady caffeine habit and the location is convenient.
Just remember: don’t get butt hurt. Cuz even after coming here steadily for the past year, they will forget your name. Pay them $ 5 for your drink and you’ll still kinda get treated like a one-​night stand. Leave the $ by the nightstand and grab your latte with no hard feelings.

The coffee is hot. The brownies are delicious. They always get my order right. It’s close enough for me to walk to if necessary.
I love this place, ask for Sammie or Mariah.

This location is easy to get in and out of but the staff aren’t the friendliest.
Sometimes they get orders wrong and take forever to replace it.
I visited and went through the drive thru but had to go inside because they messed up my wife’s order…

It’s just close to where I live so I get the cake pops and tea sometimes. Good service and convenient for me when I’m around the area. Get a free coffee if you show your id on your birthday! Yay

I stopped in this Starbucks early in the morning for a quick bite because I woke up famished as usual. My pre breakfast snack consisted of multigrain and oat bagel with butter and the grande Blonde Veranda with no room but with a touch of cinnamon.
I asked them to toast the bagel which they delivered nicely. The Kerrygold Butter melted well on the warm bagels. The bagel tasted good and had a moist texture. I like the oats and seeds a top of the bagel. The Blonde Veranda was okay. It was a little bitter towards the end, an unfortunate results I have experience with the last three Blonde Verandas I have had at local Starbucks. It use not be that way, but rather smooth and mild. I’m not sure if it’s being caused by a dirty filter or it’s the coffee, I suspect the latter.
They have a busy drive thru that appeared to be moving smoothly. Service was pretty good, other than one of the girls giving me the wrong bagel the first time around. Kudos for Starbucks using a good quality butter.

Best staff and service! There are a lot of Starbucks out there and this one definitely stands alone.

The slowest drive thru with the most wrong orders! Rude people who keep telling stories even when they see the long line and are aware of the traffic. I went inside to get my coffee after almost 20 minutes waiting in the car and saw them laughing and chit chat even after knowing that there are many cars blocking the main entrance to the plaza. Too bad this is the only drive thru around.

Worst experience yesterday waited for 30
Mins for a drink. Instead two employees just gossiping not even realizing I haven’t got my order. Barista didn’t even put my order through please beware of this location!

I’ve only had one bad experience here, and it wasn’t even considered bad… I just had to wait about 10 minutes for my drink one day, but I wasn’t in a rush so it’s no big deal to me. Normally, I’ll wait 2 minutes tops, but this particular time I got skipped or forgotten (it could’ve been something else).
The employee I ordered my drink from got off the clock right after I ordered my drink. When she got off, she was waiting for her drink next to me and realized that I hadn’t gotten my drink yet. She took the initiative to ask the another employee if they made my drink, which they didn’t. So if it wasn’t for her, I probably would’ve had to wait 20 minutes. So if you’re reading this, girl who works there, thank you for saying something for me. :)
Other than that, I’ve always been treated with respect and great service. Everyone here is super nice and friendly. Everyone always has a smile on — even when you order a Caramel Frap, haha.

Come to this Starbucks even though I live in penasquitos and have 3 by my house. I love the friendliness and service of this location. Most of the baristas know my Order by heart! And I love that. Thanks you guys! You all rock!
