Slowest service ever. Moderately friendly. There was one person ahead of me and it still took over 10 minutes to get my simple drink. Really? Unfortunately they were socializing the entire time. I just wanted my coffee. Disappointing.

I’ve been here several times before. It’s a busy Starbucks but they do a great job and can keep up with the demand. Super friendly and have always made my drink right. Can’t go wrong here!

So this is one of those few Starbucks that serves wine and beer after a certain point in the day. They also have interesting food items to go along with a glass of wine. The problem is that the wine isn’t that great or that cheap. And neither is the food. So for those reasons, I can’t think of why you wouldn’t just find a nice restaurant to grab a drink and a bit with your girlfriends for happy hour. It couldn’t be any more expensive than it is to meet up at Starbucks. I think I wanted to try it mainly for the novelty of it all. I wouldn’t be back for that reason.

Today I waited in the longest drive through line I’ve ever waited in my 28 years walking God’s green earth. After such a tremendous amount of time I assumed that once I arrived at the window my order would be ready and correct. Much to my dismay after approximately 36 minutes in the drive through line upon arrival to the window half of my drinks tasted like the milk had gone sour and my breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the middle. As if it were impersonating a hot pocket. I have to say that with the 79 million starbucks in the world do yourself a favor and travel down half a block to skip this one.

The baristas at this Starbucks care not only about your drinks, but about you as their customer too. I pick going to this location when I need to see a friendly face. I have become acquainted with a number of the baristas and each of them are intelligent, helpful, caring and fun individuals. I hate being out of town and going to a new Starbucks where I don’t see their smiling faces! Thanks guys, you are awesome!!!

Probably the worst Starbucks customer service I’ve experienced and I’ve been to PLENTY lol. Only one guys really been friendly but I never got his name. Feel like they all hate their job. Last time I’m going here after I ordered a iced match GT latte but I guess it hard to mix in the powder before giving it to me. Literally looked like she put powder on top, put the lid and handed it to me?!? Girl it only takes like 5 seconds for you to do it! Sorry I had to make a powdery mess on your table…

Great customer service! They forgot about my coffee, but they redeemed themselves, they made my drink immediately and gave me a card that«says your next one is on us».

Very rude and are always talking bad on each other every time I go in it is very depressing. I have stopped going into this Starbucks.

It’s small, clean, and just like your regular Starbucks.

I can honestly say I’ve only ever come here for the convenient location. The service here is TERRIBLE. The barista called Samantha with the striped hair is SO loud. I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee. With 2 people in front of me. Save time. Go to the one inside Target.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen — slow expresso machine, barista ‘wasting’ 80% of the shots, big backup, little explanation or apology — suggest avoiding this SB

I walked in and asked a question and was given a highly rude response, then the girl taking my order after I told her three times still didn’t get it right! It wasn’t busy either so that’s no excuse for her to not get it right. If it was my job and after being told three times I still got it wrong I would be fired!

If I could, I’d give this location zero stars. Every time I come here it’s always the same poor management and rude baristas that refuse to fix drinks they get completely wrong… Unless you’re going to use a reward for a +$ 7 drink, just walk over to the target Starbucks.

Good job, Sabrina and Samantha, for handling a RUDE woman so politely. My wife was so bothered by the lady’s incessant key taps on the counter that Lani checked the silly, impatient woman. The layout is cramped, but the baristas are topnotch!

Back again this AM! This location is my FAV! Just finished a little hike and am so ready for my Extra Large Café Americano! This crew always makes me feel at home. NOTETOTHE1 Star COMPLAINERS: in all fairness, the job of dealing with long unending lines of caffeine addicted and often spoiled patrons,(HEADSUPHERE) … You are NOT always gonna get complete PERFECTION! They have OFFDAYS, DOWNDAYS, SADDAYS and YES(revelation) SOOOOOODOYOU. So let’s NOT complain about our family… The Starbucks Crew! This has been a news flash from The Reality Check Foundation

Odd set up of this store. Don’t plan on hanging out inside and catching up with your friends over a cup of joe. Unless you would like to share those intimate details with the populous of Poway. Baristas have a great attitude, and they deal with an ungodly line of soccer moms and unhappy suburbanites. Lighten up people, your latte is on it’s way.

I LOVE this Starbucks. Being a college student I am always looking for somewhere good to study and once I found this place I could never go back. Even after moving I still make the drive up to study here because I can’t get anything done anywhere else. The staff has always been helpful and kind and have always had my drinks ready very quickly. They do tend to run out of food fairly quickly but if you’re really that hungry there is a Target right next door. The seating in the store is a bit limited but they have plenty of seating outside. This is Southern California. You wont freeze.

If you know me, check my check in’s, are my friend, or frequent Starbucks as much as I do, then you know how many different locations I’ve been to. I believe I can safely say that this is one of the poorer locations in many respects. 1) The layout of the store is tasteless. It’s small, feels cramped, even if only a few people are in there, and everything is oddly displaced. 2) It is more often than not packed and there is a line. I often wonder if this has more to do with the lack of efficiency with the workers rather than the actual foot traffic of the store. 3) They don’t make the drinks I order quite like other places. I don’t feel the love in my misto’s! That’s all I have for you. I recommend they build a larger store.
