Since writing my first review, this place changed ownership. They overcharged, did NOT come at all for three weeks, and were dishonest, in my opinion. My pool was an absolute mess and they recommended that I do expensive things that the new service said was NOT necessary. The algae problem(and it was BIGTIME) that they created because the guy did not do anything for three weeks while I was gone, was«solved» by dumping in gallon upon gallon of chlorine. It didn’t work. Duh! The new service had it cleaned up entirely within a week. What a shame. They used to be so good.

Be patient wrote one reviewer. I will add my recent experience. I called(12⁄26) because my pump motor failed on 12⁄24 and did not want to contact them Christmas Eve or day; I did not receive a call back for two days(12⁄28), and the call came from one of the owners. The other owner came out in two days(12⁄30) and took the motor with him to replace it, but I did not know that because there was NO communication. I called after three days(½) of NO communication and left a message asking for the status of the situation. Sometime after that phone call, the motor was replaced, but I don’t know when because there was NO return phone call or communication. It is now January 6th, and I still have not received a call back, but I got the bill in the mail. While I know that they know their business they lack professional communication skills.
