I was in a jam and couldn’t set up service and cleaning over the phone or in person. Jay emailed me back quickly and let me know he would take care of everything. They did. Zack has always been extremely helpful and professional in ensuring that my needs are taken care of. I now do not have to worry about my hot tub as I know it is in good hands. Thanks again Aqua Paradise!

Got our spa from Agua Paradise Jacuzzi after shopping around several other brands. We wanted a smaller one, and we found that most other manufacturers don’t put as much emphasis and features in smaller ones as they do in the big ones. Jay at the Rancho Bernardo store was very patient with us and explained the many features very clearly. After deciding and purchasing the 400 Series the spa was set up at home by Zac (who is now in the sales end) and in spite of this being my third spa, Zac had to come back a couple times to re-​show me how to use some features because of my stupidity. Although I felt that return calls were beyond the «call of duty» he did them with a smile. So not only am I happy with the spa, but just as importantly, very happy with the service after sale.

Jay is a knowledgeable and helpful guy. Recently purchased a Jacuzzi and arranged for install. Looking forward to my own personal oasis. He’s a wonderful resource/​expert to have in the area and always attentive when you have a need.
I’d recommend Jay’s shop in RB as Aqua Paradise offers a première product and fair service.

We shopped for a jacuzzi for several months as we settled into our new home. We went to both locations and did our wet tests and enjoyed the entire experience. Jay, Andy and Zac were extremely patient and helpful! Having our tub for the holidays has been amazing. After our purchase we realized we have other friends that also have purchased from Jay and raved about his after purchase service. I think the delivery team from Diaz needs a shout out as well. They took their time to ensure our tub was right where it needed to go. From start to finish the experience was perfect. Thanks Team Aqua Paradise!
