Okay. I said I would give this place another shot and I did but it still falls short. I have to agree with another reviewer who mentioned that this place is clean and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be serviced. However, this nail salon falls short of a few things. I normally get the gel nails, which is $ 20. They have the audacity to charge an additional $ 10 for a manicure. What the #@*! I have never been to a nail salon that charges separately for a manicure. Never. My expectation as a normal part of the service at any nail salon is to have my nails cut, cleaned, and cuticles removed. Isn’t yours? Well not here. This may be the reason why my gel nails don’t last longer than one week when I come here. At any other salon my gel nails last for two weeks easily. During my recent visit, I noticed a small amount of dirt underneath my nails. I waited to see if my manicurist would remove the dirt with a file after she buffed them but she did not. When I asked her to(remove the dirt) she told me that my nails would come clean after I washed my hands. What the #@*! The final straw — after my nails were completely dry from the gel I was told to wash my hands. I came back to the station expecting my manicurist to lotion my hands. I thought this was an oversight after my first visit but it is obvious that these folks have no intention of lotioning your hands after a manicure. Instead, similar to the first visit, my manicurist was already at the register waiting to cash out my transaction. When I asked for the lotion, my manicurist poured the lotion on the back of my hand. When I extended my hands to her so that she could massage the lotion into my hands, she motioned to me and told me «no, you do.» What the #@*! Somebody please tell these people that after any hand wash in a nail salon(especially during the winter months), that a normal part of the service is to have your hands lotioned. Unbelievable! Because this place is conveniently located near where I reside(I recently moved to this area), I told myself I would make a third attempt to give them a shot. But I don’t think so. I appreciate the luxury of going to a nail salon that provides a manicure and lotion as part of the normal service of getting a manicure. Although it’s a small thing, in this instance, I can surely say that it’s the little things that count.

Clean, friendly, and my favorite place to go for a Spa Pedicure! The leg massage with their Spa Pedicure is the best! Gets packed on the weekends, so if possible plan for a weekday visit. I’ve never had to wait more than 10minutes.
