Went to a wedding here and it was awesome! Groom area was huge with bar, pool table, flat screen and plenty of lockers and showers. Dance floor was huge and the food was delicious. Beautiful facility.

If I ever desired to live in remote suburbia, Scioto Reserve would be my first pick. I visited a friend’s condo and was beyond impressed. While a cookie cutter community, the interior of the condo was well laid out, decorated like an Ethan Allen catalogue, and had the largest, most spacious closets ever. Flowers and shrubbery line the front porch and of course, the manicured lawn. Residents have many amenities too, like a country club, golf course, pool, and community vegetable garden. I found the little red buildings to be adorable, with quaint barn-like appearances that housed the workout center, etc. Condos also come with a two car garage. Most are bi-levels with a finished basement. The residents of Scioto Reserve tend to be older, empty-nesters or retirees. Everyone knows each other and offers a friendly wave if they see you out and about. The only downside to Scioto Reserve is how far out in the country it is: a good 30 minutes from Downtown Columbus and 20 minutes to the nearest Tim Hortons. I would love for a condo community like this to pop up in Cincinnati, but it would definitely need to be in proximity to Downtown, not out in the rural ‘burbs.
