Passing through Prescott valley we stumbled upon this great place. I must explain that on these business trips we take turns choosing dinner locations. For my hubby it is usually a tavern or brewery. For me it would be a wine bistro or local restaurant. Well it was my night to choose so I found this place. The hubby was skeptical, but they had a good selection of draft beers. I didn’t know anything about the wines in the list but the one I chose was great. She rotates her wine list often. We ordered the ceviche which was surprisingly light and delicious. The touch of orange was a good balance to the lime. We split the BLT flatbread which was plenty for the 2 of us. Oh, and a great guitar strumming in the background made for a great experience. If I lived here I would be here at least once a week. But you should definitely try this locally owned restaurant. We had a great time.

I was invited out on a date for the first time. I was so impressed by the hostess and the atmosphere was perfect! It is small and intimate yet modern. I loved the wine selection and the shrimp rolls were so tasty! I will be back!

Great visit here last week! The food was great– the service was wonderful– only wish there were more wine choices! We had avocado and shrimp flatbread — amazing– they were very generous with the avocado(yum!) — my husband ordered corn chowder also amazing and my steak blue cheese salad was delicious and the prices were very reasonable! Only complaint or recommendation rather would be to not order a mixed drink– my husband ordered a martini and it wasn’t very good– I blame him though he shouldn’t have ordered a mix drink from a place with«cork» in the title :) Great Place! We will come back our next time in town!

We had a very nice time visiting this restaurant. We ate in the patio and the service was great. Our appetizer of chicken meatballs in curry sauce was delicious! 5⁄5 for sure! The entres were just ok. We got the ribs and chicken. Normally the menu looked great but there was something a little off in the flavors, I can’t put my finger on it. Dinner was still good but I was expecting a little more after the delish appetizer. I would still like to go back and try some of their other dishes.

Very nice place. The food and service was great. My husband and I were visiting the area and this place was right next to our hotel. We ordered the steak and scallop risotto and they were both amazing. I would recommend if you’re in the area to stop. Make sure you save room for dessert… the crème brûlée was terrific!

Came here with some friends that frequent the restaurant. My initial thoughts were ok, this is going to be so so because it was tucked away in a strip center. Boy was I wrong. The owner puts her heart and soul into her restaurant and it shows. Every month she changes her entire menu which is no small task. I had the fish tacos and they were the BEST I’ve ever had! Not kidding. We frequent Prescott on a regular basis so I’ll be back for sure. Give the restaurant a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Went for breakfast. Nice place, very good gravy. Biscuits could be more fluffy. Great flavor but a little hard. The burrito was ok but very little bacon added for $ 2 would not try the burrito again! Cheesy potatoes were amazing! Overall we will try again someday! It took forever to get our food on a not busy day. Odd seeing the food being carted in from outside around the building. Too much paprika dusted on everything! Good service!

Great atmosphere for dinner, we celebrated my college graduation here. Fairly small eating area so make sure to make a reservation in advanced. They rotate 8 wines every month and change the menu to fit the wines which is a great experience. They also create the menu from scratch every month which is a plus. Waitress was kind and attentive to our needs and made great recommendations. The Mahi Mahi was surprisingly flavourful and they made a special risotto for my vegetarian girlfriend which liked it. The paella was flavorful as well. Lemon crème brûlée was a nice change from the regular. Wine was good.

Came to this place after motorcycle class … Exhausted and sore. They were all so gracious and kind. Met the owner who was also most encouraging. Food was great(filet) and I got a free dessert for my birthday. I love to support local businesses and this one is now on my list

Very disappointing. Food is not consistent. Sometimes just plain bland. Wine list is minimal with 300% mark ups. Unless you get the one profession al server you are stuck with silly service. Way overpricedx. Too bad,

Just had a very nice Happy Hour with Sheri at her restaurant. Flatbread prosciutto and basil was the best! We also enjoyed the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Washington State. She and her staff are waaaaay above and beyond hosts and we look forward to return trips and moving here! We felt at home!

I’ve been here many times and feel comfortable enough with the consistency of the quality food and service that I always bring out of town visitors. The menu changes monthly and although my wife and I have totally different preferences we are always able to find something that satisfies our separate tastes.

Food was excellent. Had the Chicken Wellington and my friend had the Filet Oscar. Ate it all… Service was casually pleasant. Food and wine were both excellent. Prices were moderate. Chicken Wellington was $ 19. Atmosphere was casually elegant. Yes, I’ll be back.

My husband and I moved to Prescott Valley six months ago and we quickly identified Cork and Cuisine as our restaurant of choice. We love good food and wine, and we have never been disappointed by the offerings at Cork and Cuisine. The food and wine menus change monthly, so there is always something interesting to try. On Monday night we attended a Menu Preview dinner where we got to taste all of the offerings which will appear on March’s menu. Favorites included crab cake stuffed shrimp, blue cheese walnut flatbread, chicken tortilla soup, and cucumber dill salad. Entrée selections for March range from grilled rock fish, to filet Oscar, to herb and mushroom turkey meatloaf. We’ve brought visitors from Chicago and Cleveland to Cork and Cuisine, and everyone has agreed that Prescott Valley’s Cork and Cuisine rivals any«big city» restaurant. We would recommend it to anyone who enjoys excellent food and friendly service.

We came here for breakfast for the first time today and were very impressed with the food, décor, and atmosphere! Not only did we feel as though we were eating inside someone’s warm, inviting home, but we were personally greeted by the very friendly owner and enjoyed a nice conversation with her as we ate. We enjoyed corn beef hash(the meat was tender and delicious), biscuits and gravy(excellent sauce with Cajun-flair), sausage quiche(small but packs a flavorful punch), and fantastic cheesy potatoes. The selection of draft beer was refreshingly original, and even enjoyed bottomless mimosas with a twist — they were made with blood orange juice! We definitely recommend this restaurant and are looking forward to returning again soon!

Staying in town for business/vacation in Prescott. I see no reason to drive into downtown — this is the place to go. Amazing service at the bar… All of the staff are smiling! The chefs work really well together. The food is to-die-for: We had the salmon flat bread for an app. Perfect. Then the pumpkin ravioli(way too good: not too pumpkiny nor Alfredo-y). We also tried the chipotle chicken orzo. The chicken was really well cooked, the presentation was on-point, the dish was very spicy. I recommend a nice beer to wash it down. Next time we are in town, we’ll be back. Oh – I can’t forget the tiramisu. Super creamy and tasty. Maybe could use a little more coffee flavor, but that’s only if I nitpick. Cheers!

The best, underappreciated top quality restaurant in the quad city area. These people know food and great healthy and delicious choices are always on the menu.

A pretty cool concept restaurant. Every month they completely change the menu. Soup, salads, main courses, deserts and even wines Very nice seating variety. From patio to bar to regular tables. If you want to try something different, try the chefs area. A few seats that look into the kitchen as they prepare food. Pretty fun interactive area. Chef Todd is pretty funny and the interaction with the other cooks is hilarious We walked in with no reservation and were immediately seated. The ambiance is very nice. Through out the meal the service was great and the owner came by for a chat. She told us about her new breakfast restaurant near by. I had a Tuscany sausage soup which was excellent. I wanted to drink the broth out of the bowl, but my wife was watching. The rest of meal was a filet mignon with roasted potatoes. The purple potatoes weren’t real great. The seasoning was light. The side of smoked corn really made up for the potatoes. I would recommend this place. With the changing menu you have to go there monthly. A lot of fun If you go there, be sure to thank Chef Todd for his military service.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and incredibly good food! I do a strict paleo diet and they willingly and helpfully fulfilled my needs. I sat at the«chef’s» table with some friendly locals who come here often. Now I know why. I had pork tenderloin which was delightful and I was sad when the last bite occurred. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and everything was well seasoned. Prices aren’t bad, either. The only oddish thing was no vinter on the menu for the wines. I ordered the Malbec and it was less of a“fruit bomb“and more tannic than any Argentine or American Malbec I’ve ever had. Found out it was French! Think I’ll stick with Argentina. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable meal and should you find yourself in the Prescott area, I suggest you try their great seasonable menu at a lovely restaurant.
