Not sure why this place has bad reviews! Stopped in for food and drinks on a business trip and had great service. We did sit at the bar but everyone was very nice and attentive. The food was perfect and our bartender was very nice. I would definitely go back!

Worste experience ever! Didn’t even eat. this is the 3^rd horrible experience I’ve had here. The hostess actually looked at my husband when he asked how long the wait was and said ugh when someone leaves. Another host who was somewhat nice sat us when I asked him how long the wait was, but then we sat for 10 minutes and no server. When I stopped one of them he claimed he’d find us one. Another couple minutes went by and we finally just left. If i could give negative stars I would. Awful…

The customer service here sucks butt! Go anywhere else but here! I will never come back! It took forever to get our food and we didn’t even get a discount but Madison a waitress who wasn’t even serving our table was the bomb tho!

Do not come here for the food. You can get the equivalent at BK or McDonald’s. Do not come here for the service — slow, incorrect orders every time… the servers all believe they are members of Mensa. which they, clearly, are not. Write it down! Do not come here for the beer… unless of course you enjoy the taste of soap. Do not come here if you expect management to remedy any of the aforementioned issues. Absolutely do not come here if you are expecting a bargain!
Come here for awesome televisions and order a water (that tastes of soap — but is currently free) and french fries, knowing that you will receive a basket of onion rings — with any sauce but that which you requested.

This was our second time here. The first time was great. This time however service was SO slow. We literally waited 10 min for our bar drinks. Then we ordered an app which took 15 min and came out cold and under cooked. Sent that back took another 15 min to get that. Meanwhile we ordered another drink which took forever! Food finally arrived no silverware or napkins. Waited and waited for those to be delivered. Got the bill. Put the card down waited another 15 min for her to run the card!!! Not a good experience at all.

We had 3 server before we finished eating. Our first one forgot to change the channel in the booth we asked for. As you can tune into the game at your booth. The second one took our drink order then we got the 3^rd that was to get the food. He was nice enough but I think he had A-​D-​D. He couldn’t remember to anything we asked for. We never got a drink refill. We asked for a take home box since we weren’t leaving after we paid he remembered. As for the food it wasn’t anything to rave about it’s bar food.

Went here not too long ago and had absolutely fantastic service. I don’t know if the whole staff and management was completely replaced or what the deal was, but it was legitimately outstanding. I only moved it up to 2 stars, because getting outstanding service once doesn’t remove years of terrible service from memory. Hopefully this trend continues.

My daughter left her heart shaped glasses on the table only to return to see missing. Well at lest they redeemed themselves selves with there black cherry mojitos

I like bww. I love our usual waitress Brittany. I don’t like that they «reserve» the entire bar area for Nebraska fans. Today it’s reserved for 100 fans… game is on and less than 20 people are there but nobody can sit in that area.

I’m done here. Pedro doesn’t deserve to have a job. Every time I have eaten here and he is my server, I get the worst possible service. Bye bye Buffalo Wild Wings, we had a good run.

3 people walked by and said someone would be by to seat us in a minute. We waited 10 minutes. It was 4:30pm. There were tons of employees and no customers in the restaurant.

I stopped by for some Wings-​Beer-​a Game a few weeks ago. In most other BWW anywhere else it’s an easy Win-​Win. Sat down & our server/​bartender Savannah was Rude — Inefficient — & Disrespectful. We all agreed «Worse Service Ever» & that takes a lot to Earn. I know we were in Prescott Valley but that’s no Excuse for such a Terrible Experience & the other couples around us Agreed. My husband and I have a bit of a tradition of going to BWW for date nights. They have a good bar and a large location so we can sit at a bar table away from louder patrons and enjoy some sports on TVs and time to chat. Wings are always good and the other food is good too. I like the kids meals for when we do bring the whole family — the grilled chicken pieces are great and somewhat healthy.

I got great service. I’m from California and I was staying at the hotel with my family and we were craving beers and chicken. Heh. They were really nice about it and all. Its a decent place but the parking was hard to find since the market place blocked off the other areas of parking. So that sucked. Other than that it was Great.

TERRIBLE! our server Cami had an attitude and was extremely rude. She did not fill up any drinks, in fact my friends cup sat empty his entire meal. It took us almost an hour to get our food at which point it was cold and not worth eating anymore. NEVER again will I eat here, and if I do, I’ll make damn sure Cami isn’t my server. I’m better off ordering wings from Domino’s than driving out of my way to eat here.

When visiting this place the music was way to loud. I felt like I was being forced to enjoy all the unwanted caous. They need to tone it down. They were not that busy and the employees were more interested in their own conversation.

The remodel looks nice but don’t like the enclosed patio. The service was lousy as it always has been, why I don’t frequent them. We waited for over 10 minutes for our drinks to be refilled, that never happened. We just flagged down another waiter for the check.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. There was absolutely no one in there and we waited for an hour to receive our food. Once our food came out, the trays were super hot and the food was barely warm, everything had clearly been sitting in the window for a very long time! Our server never came back to ask if anyone would like another beer, just set a pitcher of water in the center of the table, so she wouldn’t have to worry about refills. At the end of our awful meal, we asked for our check and waited for another 15 minutes to receive that! We had friends in town that wanted a good, quick meal. we will NEVER be back here!

Short answer, a decent place to eat average bar food, with an ok selection of beer and plenty of TVs to watch sports. Service on my visit was pretty good. Kudus especially to the manager Michelle, who was on duty and working hard.
Long story. Came in solo to catch the Chargers vs the Chiefs for an 11 am game. Plenty of TVs, but no sound on my game so I decided to grab a booth. I noticed by noon the place was about 70% full and the NFL seemed well represented but this BWW was definitely not the loudest I’ve been in and for me that is a good thing. Booths are wooden benches and the TVs are your personal TV but are not HD but you can hear the announcers calling the game and it’s a nice option for 1 to 4 people.
There is no beer list, the menu only lists some of the brewers so I asked my server about getting a beer, an IPA specifically. She looked a bit «deer in the headlights» but claimed they had a Sierra Nevada IPA on draft. Hmm ok… ONE sip later nooo it was not an IPA, so I asked for some specifics and got more deer in the headlights looks. Shortly a manager showed up and confirmed they had no such thing and would check with the bar. She brought me a sampler of a great IPA and replaced my beer with a smile and no fuss.
So the food… I wanted finger food to last through the 1^st half so I ordered the chips and salsa and a pepperoni flat bread pizza. About 10 minutes later my server came back and said they were out of pepperoni and did I still want the pizza? I almost laughed out loud… But instead just said no thanks. Ended up ordering the Wilder wedges and they weren’t bad, need bacon. The chips were warm, not greasy and came with with a cup of Pace brand, AKA out of a jar salsa — nothing special. Never was asked if wanted more, so not sure if refills are included.
So, during the 1^st half someone came by about every 15 minutes and checked on me. Since half time started (now more than half way through the 3^rd Q) no one… And BTW the room is now about 90% full and still not as loud as some BWWs. Aha! 2 minutes left in the 3^rd Q Finally… a new beer and some boneless wings on the way. Beer is awesome! Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA. Wings (Asian zing) were good, but just not great.
I guess in summary BWW is kind like the 2014 SD Chargers… you root for them and you want them to be great but in the end they come up just a bit short and are just average.
Last word… Mediocre still gets you plenty of fans. Leaving after the morning games the house was full and a line of at least 20 deep was waiting to get in for the afternoon games.

Two stars because my wings were, as usual, delicious! However I have uploaded pictures of my husbands burger and salad… Quite honestly I am surprised they decided to try and give it to him. Ice berg lettuce and ranch… And a burnt, hard burger. Yuck. Waitress was less than attentive, forgot several items we requested having to be reminded more than once, and gave incorrect information regarding gluten ingredients. And it was slow… I’d hate to see what happens on a busy night. Glad I looked up nutrition info online. Gluten is an allergy for a lot of people, and servers that do not know the correct information should just say so, instead of guessing and giving false information. Good place for wings, and beer. Nice people, but nice doesn’t always mean good customer service. Most likely my family and I will be carry-​out only.
