An Elegant Smile Dentistry

I’ve gone here a couple times now and my experience has been positive. It seems they’re very efficient with their scheduling, they get you in and out quickly. Everyone’s very friendly, no complaints here!

Our family has been going to An Elegant Smile for about five years: my wife, my 10 year old daughter, and me. Dr. Henrie is a gem: caring and gentle, good with kids. He is not drill happy and only does what is necessary. The front office staff is friendly and helpful.
The office has accommodated our dental «urgencies. » Good, friendly hygienists.

I recently found out I was pregnant and had extreme pain related to my swollen gums due to hormone increase and what they call pregnancy gingivitis. I called immediatley to schedule an appointment as a new client knowing it might take a week or so for them to get me in. Upon me calling and them asking what insurance I have, they scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out and said they accepted Cigna insurance. After waiting almost 2 weeks for my appointment I recieved a phone call the DAY BEFORE my appointment saying that they decided they can no longer accept my insurance and I will have to go elsewhere. Very upset, letting them know my pain, they had absolutely NO SYMPATHY. Now I have to call a different dentist office and wait even longer to get seen, SO DISAPPOINTED!!! What a joke of a dentist office, wouldn’t recommended them EVER! Plus an employee where I work has the same Cigna plan and was going to call and schedule, not anymore.

I do not know why I ever returned after my first visit. I stuck with them for two years and continuously received AWFUL customer service. I had the office manager raise her voice to me. She was condescending, rude, and impatient. I have read a number of reviews from various sites all stating similar situations with this same employee. Many of them much worse than my situation. I have never written a review before, but the service I received was so far beyond unacceptable that I had to write something. I hope no one else has to go through that.

Every experience I’ve had at An Elegant Smile Dentistry has been superb. All of the staff from the front office, hygienist, dental assistant to the dentist are the very best in their expertise, customer service and comprehensive care. No other health care provider I see comes close to the highest ratings I give this team of providers. To me they are the Amazon and Apple (my 2 favorite brands and companies) of dental care. I trust the staff here with my health concerns and am waiting for them to innovate in the primary care arena. Would you also help out Verizon?!

I had a pretty horrific experience with this office as well, long story short I needed a flipper tooth while waiting to get an implant in my front left tooth, well, they made the wrong size tooth, waay off, and of course it was a Friday afternoon and the lab was already closed. Bullshit… I had to go all weekend with no front tooth. Then I had to drive all the way back to Prescott From
Cottonwood. On my gas dime of course.
Then they put this horrific thing in my mouth, and called it a flipper tooth.
I couldnt talk, couldn’t eat, but at least I had a tooth ware the hole was.
