I recently moved to Arizona and knew no Dentist’s. Dr Bailey was reccommended several
times, within a short period of time, that seemed like a was a good sign.
The office is cozy and great location with easy parking. The minute I walked in, I felt «a family atmosphere», which is rare in a dentist office. Not only was the staft warm and
friendly, but so were the patients chatting with one another.
The dental hygenist did an excellent job, was calming and beyond professional. My stress level
relaxed.
Dr Bailey’s entrance completed the circle. Friendly, courteous, professional with diagnosis and a hug completed the circle. I truely was impressed and knew I had made the the right choice.

I am visiting from another state and a crown came off. Dr. Bailey’s office managed to fit me in the same day I called. They were very professional and nice. I could not ask for nicer people and a better experience. Highly recommend.

I don’t get the five star reviews. This guy is nice and well-​spoken, but it ends there. He has snapped at his staff in front of me, but the worst is that he has — more than once — let the novacaine wear off too much, and instead of renumbing, said things like «hang on, almost done» as I hollered around the jaw wedge. He did some work with a «lifetime guarantee» that I paid close to a grand for, and the work failed three times in one month. I missed time at my job over it. The expensive work is not even with me now, I had to have a root canal and will redo it at another place. And I prewrote checks for a payment plan, then received additonal bills after they cashed all the checks. Not sure why they tacked on fees. This guy, with those painful «just a minute» episodes, gave me my first ever fear of dentistry and that shit is hard to shake.

Dr. Lance Bailey and his staff have the most wonderful bedside manner! I’ve been a patient here for many, many years. I’ve had cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns… all have been performed professionally by Dr. Bailey and his staff. I actually look forward to the cleanings! The office is in a great location downtown, they always have the latest and greatest tools and technology, and professional development for the staff. They send you out the door with a bottle of water and Starbucks coffee, and a smile. I’d never think of going anywhere else.
