After reading lots of great reviews on this restaurant, we decided to try it. I was really looking forward to the green chile mac and cheese, but it was very bland. The BLT was good, but was mostly bread. The service was OK, and the server forgot about the drink I ordered. I will try again and hope I can update this review!

Really cute little place kind of off the beaten path. Arrived on a Wednesday evening at about 6:30 and it was about ½ full and were told to sit wherever we like. The drink choices were interesting, we stuck with the wine, which were not overly priced compared to what we pay in SoCal. My wife had the Chardonnay and I tried the Spanish blend red. Both were good, the red could have been chilled just a bit more. I had the Asian turkey burger with the green chile Mac and cheese, very good. My wife had the artichoke and chicken gratin. It was very good, someone at another table complained that the potatoes were undercooked, I tasted my wife’s and couldn’t tell, maybe the wine? We will definitely return!

I love sitting at the bar, Christine is a great bartender! She makes delicious cocktails from scratch and the prices are very reasonable. I love it when they make a mariscada or bouillabaisse! Dipping the homemade bread in these rich seafood stews is awesome!

The restaurant is small and simple, the food is delightful. Pasta perfectly cooked, salads lightly dressed with unique, fresh flavors, and an amazing Asian turkey burger. Garlic bread is WOW. Excellent service. So happy to have this restaurant in our regular rotation.

Mehh… subpar burger, carbonation on beer is funky and sides are so so. I usually try and find the best in resturants but I can’t in this one. Maybe Prescott has so few good resturants that anything that is different is considered worthy of four and a half stars.

If you’re ever in Prescott, you MUST go to this place. Unilocal helped me find it and I’ll forever be indebted. It’s quaint, it’s cozy, it’s a gem. The restaurant is small with BIG flavor. It might be hard to get a seat because of it’s size but it’s worth the wait. I was lucky enough to nab two bar seats only minutes after walking in. We were greeted immediately by a warm, family-like staff. They have about five house cocktails to choose from in addition to beers and wines. I ordered a Moscow Mule and Zach ordered an Irish Coffee. Both crafted to perfection and downed accordingly. They have a rotating menu so it may not always be the same but for your sake, I hope you get to eat what I ordered! The menu is also limited but I happen to like a smaller menu, less to chose from which makes my life easier! We started off by ordering the Spicy Steamed Mussels. I’m not even a huge fan of mussels but after eating those, I am now! You’ll find them swimming in a warm, garlicky and spicy sauce that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. It’s not super spicy but has a nice little kick to it. Enough to know it’s spicy but not enough to make your eyes water. They provide you with bread to soak up all the savory goodness once the mussels have disappeared. For our entrees, I ordered the Pastrami Reuben on seeded rye with swiss, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing and Zach ordered Chicken and Dumplings. I try to make it a goal to try all Reuben’s whenever I see one on a menu and this one makes it near the top of my Reuben list! The rye is toasted so every bite has a crunch. The Russian dressing makes the sandwich as little drips of dressing hit my plate every time I bit into it. I got a side of the green chili mac and cheese to go with it which was velvety and smooth with hints of green chili throughout. I was able to snag a bite of the Chicken and Dumplings and it’s pure comfort food that warms the belly and heart. Biting into the dumplings was like biting into soft edible pillows full of brothy chicken flavor. Then dessert happened. Since I’ve eaten this dessert, I’ve day dreamed about it multiple times. Salt Caramel Bread Pudding. I’m pretty sure an angel made it and flew down to serve it to me. I’m stumbling over words in my head trying to describe it now… decadent comes first. The ratio of salty to sweet is so on point, it tingles and treats both tastes. After speaking with the bartender about being struck by cupid’s arrow, he divulged some information about the bread pudding. He told us that was the very first item the owners/chefs had him try whilst trying to put together their menu. He was like dessert first? Yes. It all makes sense. The novel of a review was needed for this place. The prices are very reasonable and everything else was simply wonderful. Can’t wait until my next trip to Prescott!

Went to Biga for lunch. It’s small inside with tables and chairs and a little counter/bar area. The décor is rustic without many soft surfaces. Consequently it became quite noisy as it filled up. It filled up for good reason! The food chosen from the somewhat eclectic menu was delightful! We chose to try two appetizers and an entrée ’ in order to have an array of taste sensations, and glad we did. The hot goat cheese dip with lightly toasted house made bread and the fig, bleu cheese, caramelized onion pizza were delicious! We ordered the baby kale salad which had roasted butternut squash, apple bits, red bell peppers and well toasted pecans. The vinaigrette was light and was the perfect counterpoint to the richness of the cheeses. Our server was very friendly. Can’t wait to go again. Get there early as seating is limited.

Oh my goodness, so yummy! My husband had the French onion soup and turkey burger and said it was the best turkey burger he ever had and insisted I try it. It was so juicy and really delicious. I had the portobello mushroom sub and it was great! If you like vegetarian sandwiches, you’ll love it. The bread was so crunchy on the outside and soft inside, perfect. The green chile mac and cheese was delightful. My son had the havarti grilled cheese and it was rich, perfectly cooked, delicious. You won’t be disappointed with this little place.

Had their sauerbraten today. The potato salad was in chunks and very tasty although I prefer it sliced. Good vinegar nose to it as it is supposed to be. The red cabbage with apples was perfect with the balance of acidity nicely moderated with the apples. The meat was pretty good but I suspect that additional marination and a touch more gravy would have been a touch better. Nonetheless a very lovely lunch accompanied by their house Malbec.

Okay I ate here a few days ago I was not impressed With anything — not the food not the service not the ambiance not the décor not the temperature. It was all ok. Just ok. Most importantly, the food was acceptable, but not outstanding ! We tried seven different things amongst appetizers, entrées, desserts, and drinks, and nothing was ‘wow’ ! So there you have it. This is my honest opinion of my visit. I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Although the menu is not large, what they do offer are wonderful and delicious. The key to a good sandwich is good bread and theirs is delicious. I had the BLT and the gourmet mayonaise was superb. The staff is friendly and the drinks were great. We will be back.

So all the reviews are great. And tons of yummy pics on Unilocal. So i went here. Party of 3. Tables are a bit tight because its so small. The menu was tiny and nothing to write home about. I had a sandwich which was good. side of mac and cheese which was bland. Best thing at the table was a tomato cucumber salad. Anyhow. .it was just fine. they offer homemade bread but its super hard.

The food itself is quite basic – grilled cheese, BLTs, hamburgers, etc. However, it’s the gourmet mayonnaise that makes me give this place 5 stars. The dipping sauce for the BLTs has a hint of basil and is delicious. But the Asian turkey burger had the best(gingery I would say) sauce of all. Fresh bread on the table to top it off.

We went here for an early dinner. This place has a very cozy feeling to it. As we came in the door, we were greeted and told to sit anywhere we like. My husband had the BiGA Burger with the green chili mac and cheese and a hibiscus margarita. I opted for the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich, also with mac and cheese. Let’s put it this way: we made very short work of it. Honestly, I was halfway through my sandwich before I remembered that I wanted to Unilocal this visit! Sorry you’ll just have to take my word – it looked and tasted amazing. The balsamic dressing and goat cheese made my tastebuds stand at attention. The only down side was waiting for the check. I’m not sure if we were giving off signals that we weren’t ready or what but we were finished for a good while before our server came by again. Other than that, everything about this visit was on point. We can’t wait to visit this cute little restaurant again!

Service very poor. Food was interesting the grill cheese looked amazing. My friend enjoyed it. The chicken morango was enjoyed by my friend. My husbamd really enjoyed his shrimp. The Swedish meatballs was tasty. Ordered the salted carmel bread pudding. I like a pudding that is softer and this was very firm. My friends enjoyed it though. The homemade caramel was tasty. If you want to get in and out this is not the place to go. They also treated the locals much better than our out of towner group. They seem to be a favorite of the locals. Will I go back? Only if I know the menu first and I will call ahead and order the food first.
