First time I went a year ago, I really liked this place, but now that I’ve been a few times I’m giving up. I think the oil is old and maybe the grill not clean enough… everything tastes like old hamburgers. Yep, it’s clean and the gal is always nice, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

This place is disgusting. Everything they serve is fried, and everyone eating there is drunk. Five stars!

Great downtown location with friendly service! Truly enjoyed the whole experience! Some of the menu items we’re pricey but worth it!

Was there two nights ago Just had a girl drunkenly make out with me randomly as I sobered up and was standing in line for food. She was very aggressive and I was afraid her friends would intervene if I just let it happen. My friends enjoyed the show. she kept putting ice down my shirt. Dirty blonde, glasses, 5’5″. I should have just went with the flow. I should probably be posting this in craigslist on their missed connections section. Also your chicken and gravy with added cheese curds were amazeballs. Can’t wait to sober up there again.

Not good, not good at all. The place looked very dirty. Messy everywhere — none of the tables looked like they had been wiped in days. The cashier woman was very rude and unfriendly. And the food! Awful! My girlfriend came home from Prescott on our two hour drive only to throw up after an hour! I could’ve filled a cup with the grease on my burger! I do not recommend, steer clear.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff… Made us an amazing fresh salad and fresh fried zucchini(yes, they cut it fresh)… Plus the fries were spectacular. Had to pass on the desserts because the servings were so generous, but I’m thinking I’ll be back for a funnel cake. This place is perfect for late night grub!

Super greasy but definitely delicious. I was disappointed that I ate so much and was too stuffed to try any dessert. I bet they are as delicious as my amazing corndog was. The owner was there and he was very friendly.

Best carnival style drunk late night food. I wish there was one in Phoenix! Definitely plan to go everyone time we go out on whiskey row!

This place is awesome! Had the chicken finger basket. The breaking was perfect, and the fries were amazing! Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle! Seasoned to tasty perfection! My friend had the fried apples and they tasted like a funnel cake from heaven. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and it was a fun take on carnival food. Food was a touch overcooked and dry, but overall very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through!

Looks like Unilocalers either love or hate it. I can understand both points of view, I just happen to be in the first group. This place is fun! They serve everything your doctor says you should never eat but the little red guy on your shoulder with horns and a pitchfork will love. Set your expectations accordingly by making sure you understand what Devil’s Pantry is before you go and I doubt you will be disappointed. News flash to out-of-town Unilocal Elites who are so drunk that they cannot identify their surroundings: Devil’s Pantry has beer, wine AND cocktails.(…and no, the problem isn’t that this fact is hidden from customers, it just that you can’t hold your liquor. :D)

Ended up here today after all the other restaurants on the row and off were either packed or closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Should have known… not too busy and after tasting the food, I know why. The menu sounded great and we were expecting good things. Boy were we disappointed. Everything was bland and left us wanting something else. The chili cheese fries were topped with what tasted like canned tamale meat sauce. Would expect to have the homemade chili that’s on the menu. Expensive for what it is too. Very unenjoyable experience. The only positive comment was from our nine year old who liked his plain French fries. Go anywhere else!

The lady who took our order was rude and the the burger was mediocre. I tried to sub my fries with one of their famous fries and wouldn’t let us, not even with paying a little more which I would’ve gladly did. Food was also semi-warm and the ketchup was gross, thereby ruining the already mediocre burger. $ 50 later and we won’t be back.

Very expensive for what you get. Food is pretty mediocre too. Burger seemed to be better quality, but over cooked.

Devil’s Pantry has absolutely mastered faire food. They keep their oil hot and very clean which results in a clean, deep fried experience. Not oily or mushy. Perfect! Obviously, their sinfully foods aren’t for the weak of heart(literally) but they are ridiculously delicious. Best of all is their fabulous customer service and willingness to deliver your food to most of the good bars on Whiskey row. Lastly, I love their late night hours! Nothing like having a hefty drinking night and then starving at 2am when you stager out of one of the many Whiskey Row bars… Only to smell the delicous smells of burgers and sweets wafting out of the doors of The Devil’s Pantry. Can’t say enough about them!

What a fantastic concept, fried, carnival, drunk people food. If only the had booze here too! I guess it is better that they don’t though. This way you can take a break from drinking and have some food before continuing your drinking. I feel like it should have been much, much better. After doing some bar hopping I was totally ready for some food. The menu looked amazing, nothing could be better than some fried goodness. The line was kinda long but it went fast. When I got my food I was so excited but then took a bite and didn’t that deliciousness I was expecting. It was good but not as great as I wanted. It felt a little off, like the flavor wasn’t as it should be. Just something missing. I tried a few bites from other items that my friends/family ordered and it seemed the same all the way around.

Everything’s good but the service. After thinking my bill was not enough… «Seems like it’s not enough, did you get everything?”-me «Do you want me to charge you more?» –lady at the register «Or you could read it back?”-me «We got it”-lady Order comes out, not to go, and wrong, big suprise

Very disappointed. Visited based upon the good reviews and did not see the inspiration. We spent $ 72, waited 45 minutes, to be served cold, tasteless, small portions, and left hungry. The chili on the room temp fries had minimal flavor. We could detect sweetness but no salt or bite. The BLT was thin and unfulfilling. The five poppers were Sam’s Club quality. There were only two chicken strips and they weren’t special. I had the chicken apple salad which could not have been more basic. My son had a chicken rancher sandwich sandwich that was fine. The fried pickles were forgotten from our order and when they came they were they best of the offerings. There were two people working and I think they were overwhelmed, which explains the delay. But the amount of the food served and the poor quality has no excuse. I wish I had my money back. We left hungry.

Stopped in here around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon… and it was fairly empty. Which was good because I needed to grab, eat and go fairly quickly. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. :) I had the turkey bacon sandwich and it was BIG! I took half the sandwich home and ate it the next day. The sandwich is served in a basket with A LOT of french fries. The turkey meat was roasted and juicy. The bacon was thick and meaty. I’d definitely order it again if I pull through Prescott again. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. It’s a fairly small-ish place on the main drag(Whiskey Row)… probably about 12 tables. They also have a few beers on draft if you’re so inclined to enjoy a brew with lunch. I got an iced tea and it came with free refills so I was good to go. :)
