Almost 20 years ago my aunt called Briggs for some plumbing work. He was just getting started in the business. This weekend while visiting her there was a big leak in the bathroom. She pulled out the old business card that she had saved We called and he was there within 30 minutes. He remembered my aunt and was very gracious to her. The job was completed quickly and excellently. Highest recommendations to Briggs Plumbing.

Very quick response — called at 8am, Briggs was onsite before 10am. Clogged drain cleared within 30 minutes — at a very reasonable price.

I have used Briggs Plumbing a few times in the past and always had great service. This last time was no exception. Recently we had a severe leak in our shower and Briggs Plumbing came out to fix it. He took it all apart and tried to fix the problem. He determined that the flow regulator was defective. He knew that I had just replaced that regulator myself so he told my wife that if I just got a new one and changed them out it would be fixed. He said he didn’t want to charge us for something we could easily fix on our own. He left without charging us a cent. That is the way business should be done. Honest, ethical and caring. Thank you Briggs Plumbing.

This guy is wonderful. I clogged up everything on Thanksgiving. Mr. Briggs was out, on time, Friday morning. He got in there and fixed an erupting disposal and a not-​working sink in no time. I will always call Briggs Plumbing. And guess what? Turns out the day after Thanksgiving is the busiest for plumbers. Why? People like me peel a lot of potatoes and the disposal can’t handle the load. Remember that for next year.

We had a blocked sewer line and called a «rooter service» who promptly advised they could clear it by replacing the sewer line for $ 2000!!! So, we called Briggs and he cleared the line for under $ 200!!! You can’t go wrong with Briggs. Good guy and honest.

Showed up 20 minutes late… no problem. He came out and told me that the (city required) waste water backup valves on the market all have problems creating a backup into the home. He loosened a thumb screw pulled it out charging an additional $ 11 for a total of $ 98.50 for a 30 second job. While he did snake the line (finding nothing). I would prefer a business that would suggest pulling the valve first to see if the backup goes away before coming out and charging you $ 100 for snaking the lines when it was not needed. Lessoned learned.
