Pretty good restaurant with a decent menu but with one huge downfall that I feel is the reason these guys are barely in business. Ther interior is just horrible! The inside is just a big open area with a bunch of wooden chairs. It feels and looks worse than a dining area at a shopping mall. Ugly, uncomfortable and overall it doesn’t’t feel like a place where I would want to spend an evening having dinner or just a coffee. Only on a third visit I finally stayed to eat here and probably will not be back until it’s warm enough to sit outside. I wish these guys would realize this and why places like Olive Garden with food that’s 20x worse than here are much success. They feel like places where people want to spend their time. Not here unfortunately.

I usually try a place a couple times before writing a review but this place deserves a better star rating. A coworker recommended this little coffee bistro cause I was jiving for well good coffee and gelato. This totally hit the spot! The chai spiced gelato is on point! Sooo good! And the iced caramel latte was made perfectly. They brought it out to me while I enjoyed my treat. I seriously wish I had more time to sit down & eat here because. crepes. Dude seriously these are like my 3 favorite things!!!

Cute place. Nice menu variety. Veggie burger was okay. Sweet potato fries were fantastic. My husband ordered spaghetti. He said it tasted fine but it was kiddie size in a little bowl… the salad about the same size, no bread or roll came with it. It wasn’t too expensive, so… I would say this place is okay. We were at the one out by Trader Joe’s on Highway 69.

We were so excited to go have the skinny pancakes this morning for breakfast, but… Blech. These are not the pancakes I’d fallen in love with in downtown Prescott. These left a nasty taste in my mouth. Literally. But it was a nice ambiance and the iced tea was good. That’s why it got 2 stars.

We had lunch at Cuppers yesterday and it was sad. The coffee and Italian cream sodas were the highlights. 3 of us ordered the 3 cheese cheeseburgers and we were all extremely disappointed. The burgers were ordered medium and medium– rare and they all came well done, the roll was stale. We should have said something, but it took so long to get the food and we were so hunger we ate it anyway.

Dirty Chai is fabulous. If you are missing Europe they can help soothe it just a tiny bit. We arrived late, we’re not rushed, service was friendly and the establishment clean. Try the gluten free crepes and gelato.

OK. I dropped in to kill time and grab a bite and a coffee. Plus I need gluten-free stuff and they have ‘some’. Well… here is how GF rolls at Cuppers: Menu says«Ask about GF options». I did, with my chili and cornbread plate. Answer: «SO you mean NO Corn Bread?!» No, not what I meant! SO I get di*ked for a ‘delete’ item worth at least a dollar or dolla-and-a-half? Geeez, c’mon there guys! [No cheese or sour cream offered on chili either!] And buy some actual interior design with the money you are saving on your GFBS.

We were drawn in by the«organic coffee» sign and we ordered because the dining area looked welcoming and appealing. We were informed that there was a 15 minute delay for food, we felt that was acceptable. We ordered 3 crepes and a latte. There were quite a few full tables, and quite a few dirty; so I presume they were just finishing/recuperating from a mid-day rush. The only clear four-top table was dirty and the chairs were cover in crumbs and what looked like a bloody napkin. I asked for a towel to wipe the table myself and was told by the gent at the register that he would be right out to handle it. While we waited, I used the restroom and was totally grossed out! The toilet, especially the base of the toilet, was absolutely filthy – second red flag in my book. :(When I returned to the table it was still dirty, about 4 – 5 additional minutes passed and he finally wiped the table. I had to request he wipe the seats, which were noticeably dirty as noted above. When he finished I had to get a paper towel and wipe the table myself as crusty crud was still stuck on it. We ordered at 2:45 and finally received our food at 3:25−3:30(the people who ordered behind us received theirs first). Our food was cool, absolutely NOT hot. The home fries were awful – I think they were deep fried – they were squishy and greasy. I squeezed the HF with a napkin and still spat out a lovely gob of grease! My savory crêpe was so bland, if I wasn’t famished I would have sent it back. I’m just glad I brought my own seasoning so I could eat that as I couldn’t eat the potatoes! The food, aside from the Raspberry Vinaigrette, was a total disappointment! We paid upwards of $ 30 for lunch for 3(with a 15% tip) – I think we should get all our money back! I think their intentions are good, but they fall short on consistency and delivering an exceptional experience. Maybe they were short staffed, over-worked, or simply forgot there are a hundred other places we can eat at. Disappointed. :(

I didn’t like my sandwich and they wouldn’t give me a new one. So I paid another $ 9.00 for a different sandwich. When I asked for mayo instead of spicy mustard they didn’t even put it on the sandwich it came on the side. Don’t they know you can’t put mayo on the bread once the cheese has been melted! I also had to ask multiple times for ketchup. To top it all off there is no baby changing station in the restroom.

I am a huge fan of the Coffeehouse downtown but hadn’t had a chance to check this location. This is the second visit and I took my Mom after an afternoon of Christmas shopping. Food: both times the food has been excellent. I’ve had the Croque Madame and the Skinny Pancakes. Both have been good size portions. The latte was not as amazing as downtown, but it could be ambiance. Food came out hot and accurate. Service: Front of house is quite good. Always friendly, always willing to explain things and recommend. Not sure what’s happening on the line as I agree with many of the other reviews in that it’s very slow. Even tonight it was pretty quiet at the place and it took a while. Facility: not as warm and cozy as downtown, but that’s a different vibe all together. Clean and well maintained with a well stocked condiment area. Bathroom was spotless. Overall a very good spot to relax and enjoy some good food. Don’t expect it to be quick, but it was somewhere we expect to go back to when we’re in the neighborhood

Well, hubby & I just finished our horrible lunch. The service was bad, wait for almost 25 mins. & the server didn’t even bother to apologize for a long wait. The strawberry salad was bad & hubby’s veggie taste like crap. It’s a waste of money. It took them 10 mins. to let me know that the gluten free spaghetti is out of stock. We’re very disappointed!

Service took a long time and by the time it got to me the sandwich was cold(and one thing that doesn’t taste good are cold sautéed mushrooms and onions) also the supposed«chicken» Cesar salad had no chicken in sight… Very disappointed

First time for breakfast and probably the last. The wait time was long and the food only warm not hot. I also have a problem with places that you wait in line for the next available cashier then they want a tip. Lunch is much better, mostly since a sandwich and salad is not supposed to be hot.

Downgrading to three-stars after another visit there this Sunday. I have come to expect slower than usual service but Sunday was especially slow — I almost got up and walked out. The couple who’d ordered after us complained about the wait and I overheard them getting some kind of discount or something. So it’s becoming clear that instead of correcting the issue with slow service(which is clearly a problem given the other reviews) they resort to comping or offering some other form of complaint recognition. It would be better if they could be proactive instead of reactive. Also, I ended up clearing our table before our food came out, since the young lad clearing tables was taking his sweet time and didn’t seem to notice the pile of plates from the previous diners that we’d neatly stacked ready for him. Also, our table could’ve used being wiped but at that point I was too hungry to bother asking. It’s a shame but this last visit was very disappointing. I have my fingers-crossed that they sort out the slow service and do a better job clearing and cleaning tables in future as we like their menu and food. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — I’m honestly stunned by all the negative reviews for this place. It’s our #1 go-to eating spot whenever we’re in the area or stopping off at Trader Joes, and the prices are very reasonable. First off, they have a really good selection of vegetarian options. Thank you! Secondly, we’ve always received excellent service. Friendly welcomes, asking if we are enjoying our meals or need anything else, but most importantly, they go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Once I ordered a mediterranean pizza and they accidentally put bacon on it(I think they gave me someone else’s order). When I pointed it out our server apologized profusely and they started making another one right away. They also offered a complimentary salad to keep me going while I waited and comped both our meals because my husband had to wait for me to finish. It really was not that big of a deal but their response to the error blew us away. They obviously care about correcting a mistake and keeping their customers happy. Kudos. We’ve tried most of the vegetarian options including the veggie burger(hubby’s favorite), spinach and vegetarian crepes, and my two favorites — the blue corn scramble and their vegetarian homemade quiche which is so flavorful and moist. I also appreciate that they offer a fruit salad as a side option. Drink-wise, we enjoy their range of craft beers and I’m thrilled that they offer a good selection of quality loose-leaf tea. We’ve yet to try their gelato, but the flavor combos sure are tempting. Admittedly, sometimes the orders take a little while to turn around but it’s worth a little wait for quality tasty food at a local business. If you want fast junk food, go elsewhere. We thoroughly enjoy the food, drinks, relaxed ambience, interior décor, and the outside covered patio area. Really, no complaints from us. We’ll be back again and again.

Haven’t really had a meal there, just coffee and snacks etc, however the rest of my family eats there. Coffee was extremely good, outdoes Starbucks 10 fold. I am a very good tipper, even in coffee houses, but won’t tip when asked to. Thought that was rude.

I’ve been there a few times, the Gelato is god, the drinks are ok. The food is ok too, but it is way over priced. I ordered a crêpe and the thing was sooooo small, I didn’t even eat it because I was so upset I spent $ 6 on ¼ of a banana, some chocolate drizzle, and the smallest crêpe I’ve ever seen in my life.

I love Cuppers Coffeehouse so I’d thought I’d give Cuppers Bistro a try. Big mistake! First off it’s fast casual, not a bistro. So yes, you walk up to the counter and order just like at McDonald’s. But you still pay restaurant prices. We went here about 1:45 to avoid the lunch rush. The dining areas had hardly anyone in them, yet it took me more than a half hour after I ordered to get my meal. I watched several other people who had ordered after me get their order first. If there was an issue with my order, they could have extended common courtesy and told me something was up instead of ignoring me. When my food finally came, it was subpar. The alfredo was watery and bland. The tomatoes and spinach seemed wilted. I tried to ask the man who served me what their Wi-Fi password was, but he ran off without answering. I shiver to think what the lunch rush is like! My sister ordered their Tibetan chai latté and it had practically no foam and mostly tasted like burnt, sour milk. If you’re looking for a quick latté, go for it. But if you want a meal, atmosphere and decent customer service, skip it.

The menu seemed rather appealing, but I did not check Unilocal before — bad idea! Morning/breakfast: I ordered a coffee with vanilla syrup. It was tasty and a good price. There were multiple options for various coffees and mochas. Location: This is near the Trader Joe’s across the way from the Hampton Inn. Easy parking. Variety: The menu had numerous interesting options, such as crepes, salads, soups, sandwiches, and coffee. Food: The food wasn’t the best. The Mediterranean salad was fine, but that cannot be hard to mess up. My mom ordered a pesto/chicken sandwich; she is not picky but said the bread was awful and the meal wasn’t that great. My avocado crêpe was pretty bland — just blah but edible. The fruit that came with it included cantaloupe and blueberries. Service: The front of house service is quick, but the food took at least 20⁄25 minutes to arrive.

Looking at the menu, my family and I were expecting pretty great things from Cupper’s. Sadly, we left disappointed. We also mistakenly forgot to check Unilocal before trying out their food — otherwise I think we would’ve skipped this place. My sister and I stopped by twice actually, once for coffee in the morning and then again for lunch around noon. The coffee was solid, and I would probably give four stars for their choices(especially their mochas — some of those sounded delicious!). I ordered an iced Red Eye with some added soy milk and sugar free vanilla, and it was pretty good. Service was quick, and it wasn’t too pricey either. For lunch, I ordered the Mediterranean salad. My sis ordered an avocado crêpe, and my mom got the half & half deal with a chicken sandwich and salad. My salad was good but unimpressive; I wanted some protein but there were no veg friendly options. The crêpe was not the best. There was no flavor at all. My mom wasn’t too impressed with her half and half either, and she mentioned the bread was too thick and not very good for a sandwich. The gelato looked amazing, and I’m always down for an affogato, but sadly we did not get any. That may have earned Cupper’s an extra star, as I see others have reviewed the gelato favorably. Anyway, if you are wanting some coffee or gelato, give Cupper’s a try. Otherwise, skip it.
