We stopped here for coffee and pie while visiting Prescott. Our waitress was Meca, she said this was her first week on the job. She was really busy but took the time to chat with us. She was genuinely friendly and sweet… made for a pleasant coffee break. Dennys is always sort of ok, great servers make the difference.

Kagen was awesome! I normally have mediocre service here but he was so nice and attentive! Our fries were over done and he made sure they were fixed right away! Only come here if he is working and request his section! Ps– he makes the best milkshakes too!

If I could give 0 stars I would… Worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to. I had a party of 8, 3 plates came out and it took 10 minutes for the rest to come and it was cold. Turiya our server forgot, toast, pancakes, bacon side plates. Overall bad server and when we told her to just forget about the bacon since we were almost done, she said with a attitude«I already put it in I’m bringing it now». To top it all off as I’m writing this, the loudest blender in the world is being used to further ruin our experience..

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Not only was the food cold the server Turiya was disorganized rude and completely the worst I have every seen. She forgot food and then was rude and acting like we were out of line asking for the missing items. She should not be a server. And to top off everything the blender was going off every 10 minutes and sounded like construction. DONOTEATHERE! YOUWILLREGRETIT

Extraordinarily unhappy with our last visit here. We have a group that meets up at Denny’s every couple of weeks, late at night on the weekend. We’ve been doing this for about 10 months now. For the past couple of months we’ve called ahead each time to let them know we’re on our way, so they can have tables ready for us. We do this not just so we don’t wait as long, but also out of courtesy for the people working. Unfortunately, the same courtesy wasn’t shown to us during our last visit. The assistant manager put her least-experienced server on our table of 20, and also gave her three other tables to attend to while we were there. Then she promptly disappeared, and we were left with an inexperienced waitress who was clearly overwhelmed. It took ages for us to get any food, and much of what did come out was missing one thing or another. Others didn’t get their food at all. After two hours, only about half the group had eaten. The rest were still waiting for their meals or had only gotten part of their meal. I brought this to the manager’s attention, but the fact was that it was already far too late. We were all upset, and she seemed unwilling to rectify things except for me: she discounted part of our ticket because it was missing in the system. I guess the squeaky wheel does get the grease. Everyone else was, as far as I know, charged full price for their meal. Except those who eventually left because they still hadn’t been served. I felt horribly bad for the server, as it clearly wasn’t her fault and she was obviously new. But the assistant manager should have stepped up to help out. When she finally did, she also brought the only other server in the restaurant over to assist; that one claimed she was also new, but had a ton of excuses as to why our service had been so poor(including the rather funny claim that they rarely have a lot of people late Saturday nights; so outright ludicrous that the manager immediately told her that we came in every couple of Saturdays in an effort to shut her up). We won’t be back. The food was never great to begin with, and we relied on good service to make up for that. Why they had no experienced servers on a Saturday night is mystifying to me, but we’re not going to risk having another evening ruined by inept management.

This is the most disorganized restaurant. My boyfriend and I came for breakfast and didn’t even stay. First there was a huge line for people to pay and people kept cutting in line. Next there was no name list. They would just say how much room they had at a table. So they were taking us to a table and realized it hadn’t been cleaned so they told us to wait a minute so we went and sat down, then they gave our table away to someone else! After that we walked out. SO disorganized! They’re lucky I’m giving them one star, if I could give them no stars I would.

Worst service and food in awhile. Was never offered refills. Our hashbrowns were way to under cooked pur sandwhiches were missing ingridients. Wasnt offered to have anything taken off and didnt eat any of the food i paid for. I WILLNOT be going back their due to the four chances i have tried to give them this. month with my new schedule having me get off so late at night. Would rather eat fast food than waste my time amd hard earned money on that mess they call a resturant. Never again.

I can’t count the number of times I have eaten at this Denny’s. About half of those have been at around 2AM. The rest were usually regular breakfast or lunch times. I can’t rave about Denny’s food, it is what it is. But I will say that this location has never left me unsatisfied, with proper expectations, of course. The service has always been fast and friendly; never had to look around wondering where my server is or if my drink will get refilled. My food always arrives quickly and well prepared. If you eat breakfast somewhere frequently enough eventually you might need to send *something* back. On the couple of occasions that has happened, the correct replacement has come back extremely fast and has not disrupted the pacing of my meal with my fellow diners. So, as Denny’s go, this is a good one.

I don’t know what ever happened to the good old fashioned Denny’s? The food was greasy & since when did their formally abundant skillet meals shrink to where there’s more skillet showing than food? Seriously let us pay a bit more & get something that will fill us.

The coffee was old. The fish came with corn instead of cole slaw and was still frozen in the center! On a more positive note, the waitress and the management were very solicitous and sympathetic. We were given a coupon for free dessert and they took the frozen fish off the bill. Note: they stuck their finger in the fish to check our story!
