TASTEY! The burger was very good(I got it without onions of course) and the toppings were fresh and juicy along with the burger. The milkshake was one of the best I’ve have had in awhile and I dipped almost my entire serving of fries into it! I would suggest doing the same — the fries were just ok, very fresh so not like a normal fast food restaurant in America! Not as great as the hype(I mean come on Nick Jonas it’s can’t reallllly be your favorite restaurant) but definitely worth the stop!

I’ve been driving for 8 hours, it’s late… I’m tired and hungry. I messed up my order and didnt realize until I got my food. Isaiah helped me out big time. Awesome service and the burger was great.

Unilocal really needs to add a «less than one star» rating. This is the 3rd time I have been to this chain. Same location all 3 times. I am an East Coaster so this place was Greek to me when I first landed in AZ. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to be safe. They were both disappointing. They handed me the bag open and it was covered with grease/mystery juice. I had to roll it up of course to try to contain the heat. The fries plain suck. I am not impressed with their freshness. I want my fries frozen. Science has proven that frozen fries are the best for scientific reasons. Hence Ronnie McD’s has the bomb fries. I don’t dig the Thousand Island and anyone that orders extra TI needs their head examined. I attempted to take a bite of my friends animal style fries. Wtf is that? Wtf in their right mind would order those? They reminded me of something they would serve in prison only if there were a bowling alley within that prison. I will definitely not be back unless I am stuck between a rock and Hell. 3 words… no…stop…don’t

How do you review an In-N-Out? Great food! Great service! Simply the best fast food restaurant there is… period. Of course 5 Guys has a better hamburger… but they are quick serve, not fast food.

The food and service are the same as any In N Out location — excellent. The problem is the drive through. It is ridiculously fucking slow. I’m from Southern California(you know, where In N Out originated) and the drive through can be stacked with over 20 cars. Still, everyone gets their food and is on their way in a timely fashion. This is not the case in Prescott. The drive through can have anywhere from 0 – 3 vehicles in line, but it still takes upwards of 10 – 15 minutes to receive your order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, but it’s not at all unexpected. People actually have lives and places to be in SoCal — not the case in sleepy, Prescott, Arizona. More than two thirds of the population here has one foot in he grave and the speed of the In N Out drive through reflects this.

There is no shame in not liking In-N-Out Burger. We all have our personal preferences in food. But to claim this place has poor quality, poorly prepared, or flavorless food is simply absurd. Sometimes it feels oh-so-cool to be above the crowd and turn your nose up to something that is universally loved. When Anthony Bourdain proclaims In-N-Out to be his favorite restaurant in LA. And his praises for their burgers are mirrored by the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Thomas Keller, Julia Child, and Mario Batali, well … ‘Nuff Said. The kids just brought home Double-Doubles Animal Style, fries and Neapolitan Shakes for three of us. We couldn’t finish everything but the deliciousness made us keep trying way past the point we should have. At under $ 25 for everything, you can’t do better. - I you feel this review is Useful, Funny, or Cool, please check the boxes below. Thanks.

Like Flavor Flav said in Flavor Flav voice, «Don’t believe the Hype!» This was the second time in as many years I had In-N-Out Burger with my wife. We both had their double cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink. Their double cheese burger, the meat was overdone, it lacked the juices and flavor a good burger has. We thought if we gave it another chance, this time in Arizona, last time was in California that it will be good, but turned out to be. no good! The fries were crispy, but were not good. Bland. Ketchup didn’t help. The drinks we had in sprite were not good. It tasted ginger-ry. We tossed that and filled up on coke and that was better for a little bit, but tasted like ginger as well. When I first had their burger back in ’02, I had a non-judgmental palate and thought it was good. But right now, it will not fly. We don’t understand the hype and all about this burger. We can name a dozen burger chains that are better than this. In-N-Out means, «bad burger goes in and comes back out to forget about»

there is an in-n-out in prescott. idont think to many people to this day know that this place exists here. there at the top of the hill cant miss them. makes it all worth while of passing through here. you can never go wrong by wating an in-n-out burger. from the meat to the french fries. there are so many different choices to order from personally i like the the animal style protein style hamburger thats my jam. with whole grilled onion and no pickles fries i like well done. a little extra crunchy is a always a plus in my book. i can honestly say that i have never had a bad meal here. the service is always great and no matter how packed the lines are they always get your food out to you in a timely matter. a lot of people come here for the service. mr. larry is one of the most amazing people that i have had the pleasure of coming in counter with. every time i come here everyone seems so excited to see him and and say hello. there are people that come there every few days cause they know hes working. way to make people happy and love what you do. this is my first stop every time i head up to prescott. have to get my in-n-out on and say hello to larry.

Really good burger especially if you order it animal style. However, for some reason their fries are merely ok and the milkshakes taste super frothy. It’s almost like their shakes are half air and the rest ice cream. I don’t like their shakes at all.

Great burgers and fast service! I love ordering animal style burgers and fries. Animal style includes the thousand island spread, grilled onions, and extra pickles. For fries this means toppings of cheese, grilled onions, and thousand island spread. The ingredients are high quality for a fast food restaurant. Definitely reminds me of home(since I’m from CA). I would highly recommend In-n-Out Burgers to anyone looking for a great fast food experience.

No matter how full I am, this place ALWAYS smells so delicious. I could be so sick from eating and in n out still smells so yummy to me… it might be my addiction actually haha. This place is popular but not always busy but even when it is busy, they move so fast to better serve their customers :) I’m hungry thinking about it haha

So I lost my In-N-Out virginity at this In-N-Out, lol. I had never been to an In-N-Out before; a friend from Durango, CO came to visit me — he was ecstatic that there was an In-N-Out in Prescott because he had been craving it since he was last in California. We went and I had a regular burger with sauce… and I tried a double, Animal Style — whatever that means, lol. Both were amazing! And the awesome part was that our food was made fresh, and quick! Way quicker than other drive-thrus I’ve been to. The fries were awesome! Fresh cut, and thin cut too. Yum. Soda was soda, nothing special. I don’t understand the Bible verse on the cups though… what’s up with that? Not an actual verse, but the book, chapter, and number of where you can find that verse in the Bible. I kinda think that’s odd. I mean, if I’m ordering a burger, I don’t want to think about random Bible verses. The staff was friendly, and prompt. Private lot, plenty of parking. Inside has plenty of seating.

Yummm… love me some IN-N-OUT! Had a quick trip up to Prescott today, and was totally going to try something new… but then we saw the IN-N-OUT location and decided to venture there. Maybe cause it was Sunday, it was slower inside than I’ve experienced at most other IN-N-OUT’s. But… the food still took the«same long wait». My protein-style, animal-style burger was great as always. Yummm… Can’t go wrong with a little IN-N-OUT!
